Good, but don't wash,September 27, 2009
By PAfrom Vermont
"Nice, warm for moderately cold winters, but do not wash in a machine even on a delicate cycle. I made that mistake and can no longer get my fingers in. I suppose this applies to all thinsulate gloves. I will have to purchase another pair and handwash only."

Worst Cabela Product Ever Purchased,May 19, 2009
By Leriefrom Dunkirk, New York
"I needed a good pair of gloves for riding the motorcycle. Something to keep my hands warm on those 20 to 30 degree mornings. When placing this order, I had a different pair in mind. Unfortunately, Cabela's was sold out of that model. I than chose this pair of gloves. Finally had a chance to wear this pair of gloves yesterday morning. Did they perform for the intent of my purchase - Yes, they did keep my hands warm. However, the sizing in the gloves is mismatched. This pair was oredered in XL. I would rate the left handed one as a small XL, while the right glove fitted like a Large. The articulation of the fingers, specifically the tips up to the first joint, was greatly reduced. Could it be that I received the poorest made pair of gloves from that run - Certainly. However, that is not what I expect in my purchases from Cabela's as I never had this happen before."

Good Gloves for use in gentle & cool conditions,March 28, 2009
By JSofWisconsinfrom Waukesha, WI
"Please be gentle with these gloves as they are delicate and will damage easily; e.g. downhill skiing caused my gloves to get cut and damaged them. Use while in car or on motorcycle will be okay. Also they did not keep may hands warm at all when using these gloves to ski at temperatures under 32F or on motorcycle under 40F. Using them for hiking above 32F is where they are best suited; also, they are a nice looking glove."

Dry Plus Signature Series Gloves,February 23, 2009
By FrozenFingersfrom St. Paul, MN
"I've used your goretex thinsulate gloves in the past and found them to be better constructed and much warmer. With these gloves my hands get cold when the temperature goes below 25 degrees. My old goretex thinsulate gloves kept my hands warm way below zero. These feel flimsy and I believe will not stand up to rugged work. They are a little pricey as well."

Disappointing quality control,February 18, 2009
By Griffy
"I purchased the Dry-Plus Signature Series Gloves because they were advertised as being good, waterproof work gloves. After I had worn them while running my snowblower 3 or 4 times, I found that the stitching holding the leather palm to the glove had pulled out of the fabric of the glove. In addition, the fabric shell of the glove does not run under the leather palm, but ends where the leather begins, making a high stress point at the seam that failed.
I don't believe that these gloves are up to Cabela's normal quality standards."

dry series signature gloves,January 26, 2009
By cz522000from McKinney, Tx
"I bought these gloves for motorcycle riding, and I must say they are great for riding in my 'neck of the woods' which is the N. Texas area. It doesn't get as cold here, obviously, as it does in other parts of the country, but I went riding last Sunday morning when the temp. was 42%, and the wind chill was in the low 30's/high 20's. My hands stayed pretty warm, even at speeds up to 65-70 mph. I would recomend them to anybody that rides in moderate to 'kinda cold' weather. Below that, you would need heated gloves, anyway to keep your hands warm. Good quality gloves, good price, I'm happy with them."

My fiance' loves them!,January 21, 2009
By JenniferinLansingfrom Lansing, MI
"I purchased these gloves for my fiance for Christmas. All I had to go on was "Gore-tex". I did a search and Cabela's was the only store in MI that I found that had Goretex gloves. Since Cabela's wasn't near me, I ordered them online and had them shipped, trusting they would be decent gloves. It turns out their are much better than decent. We love to snowboard and my fiance loves these gloves because not only do they keep his hands warm (even in subzero temps), but they also wick away moisture inside them as well. A plus!"

Soft, handsome and warm.,January 20, 2009
By MargieJfrom Kalamazoo, Michigan
"These gloves are exactly what the doctor ordered for this harsh, snowy, frigid winter. The soft lining and supple deerskin palms make them so comfortable. Their lightweight nature makes them easy to wear while shoveling snow and enables one's hands and fingers to stay warm. Because there is a strap around the wrist which is adjustable, cold air and snow aren't able to sneak in! Good looking, lightweight and warm. A great combination for the perfect winter glove!"

poor stitching,January 20, 2009
By CtBrucefrom Connecticut
"this is the first item that i have ever bought from Cabela's that was less than i expected. Approximnately one week from receiving these gloves, I noticed that the stitching had come apart on one of the fingers. I really like the feel of these gloves but are very dissappointed wit hte poor quality stitching. I have no way of getting to the store here in Ct to return them."

Great gloves,March 25, 2008
By Keeferfrom League City, TX
"I really like these gloves. They are lightweight and fit well so I don't have to take them off to do a lot of smaller tasks. The longer cuff bridges the gap between jacket and glove keeping my wrists warm. Hands stay warm and dry."

gloves vs. motorcycle,March 20, 2008
By darnitfrom NM
"The gloves didn't seem to have the amount of insulation in them that I expected but I am not complaining. I think I got my moneys worth. It can be hard to keep your hands warm in the morning on a motorcycle. Something flexible, windproof and warm in 10 to 25 degree weather without being so bulky that you have a hard time manipulating the controls would be ideal."
