"The jerky racks are probably really good for that , but as for smoking almonds they fall through the holes . I did try cheese cloth as suggested in the Bradley recipes , but that is a 1 time time use . I did go to the hardware store and bought a roll of window aluminum screen material . I cut it so that it would fit inside the racks , and that works great with smoking almonds . I purchased the Bradley smoker almost a year ago and if something sounds good smoked I smoke it , and never been disappointed . One phone call to my parents about coming over for dinner anything " SMOKED " and they are here in a flash ! Bradley Smokers you guys rock ."

"Anybody that has made jerky without these teflon coated racks will certainly appreciate these. Easier to take off or flip over when they arn't stuck to the racks. My only recommendation is that if you are going to order one set of 4 racks for your Bradley Smoker, you might aswell order two sets. You can turn one over and slide two racks on to each rail allowing you to do twice as much jerky at one time."

"These are good racks to use for the Jerky, small spacing supports the jerky while tit is drying. Even though it is "non-stick" it helps if you lightly spray the top of the racks with pam cooking spray or similar prior to laying down the jerky. Clean-up is much easier this way. Also, use a stiff brush to scrub racks in a large sink of hot, soapy water to remove stuck-on particles, then throw in the dishwasher to finish."

"These 4 racks were a great addition to the ones I already have. Just turn one over on the other, load em up, and you can do 8 racks of jerky at a time saving you 50% effort by not having to do just 4 racks twice. The teflon coating is nice but a quick spray of Pam will really help keep the stickiness down at the end."

"These racks may be considered 'jerky' racks, but only for burger meat jerky (which I'm not ready for). Stretch your imagination and you can use these racks for many small items, Nothing sticks. I've put every imaginable veggie, fruit, and mushroom on these racks and it is great. You have to get these. Use them for everything and put away the standard racks."

"I have used these teflon coated racks for years now. I perfer these racks over the origional chrome racks for ALL uses. They are easier to keep clean ! ! ! ! Hundreds of pounds of venison jerkey, sausage, chicken, cheese, ribs, and everyones favorite....real smoked almonds have sat on these teflon racks & fed my family and FRIENDS. Just 2 weeks ago I purchaced the new 6 rack digital bradley smoker and more bisquettes....It's a blessing being able to set oven time and temperature plus smoke time !!!! But back to the racks ... Small grid..Teflon coating..... Able to double stack racks(top one inverted).......
Buy'em you'll love'em !!
PS: I'm buying 4 more racks today because my new smoker has two more shelves than my old four shelfer (: ."
