"My husband absolutely LOVED this little cookbook. He liked the recipes, and the clarity of directions, in each and every recipe. He spent the good part of an evening reading through ALL of the recipes, calling some of the out to me! He can't wait to try them. (I'm sure it will keep him occupied for a very long time.) "Although the Cookbook is informative, I received the same recipes with my Bradley Smoker. Additionally, when I purchased the flavor bisquettes, I was suprised to find that on each individual bisquette package was a different recipe. So as good as the recipes are I recommend saving your money!"
