Bisquettes Swelling,

"They burn is good and the flavor is good. One major issue I have seen is that when the feeder moves the last bisquette out of the reciever it does not travel fully out onto the burner tray. This leaves half of the bisquette exposed in the smoker and the other half left in the bisquette pusher slot. When this happens the bisquettes no longer index to the burning area therefore the mositure in the oven will swell the bisquette to the point that I have to take a screw driver and dig it out of the bisquette feeder every time. Even if you have extra bisquettes in the feeder they will swell with the moisture that leaks back from the oven to the feeder."

"Great product. Especially the Hickory which is our favorite. We just smoked 10 Lbs of salmon filets and 22 pounds of the front quarters of 4 LARGE carp. The hickory gives it just the taste we want. We have the Bradley Digital Electric Smoker and use it a lot. Not only for smoking but for slow cooking also."

"The flavor bisquettes work very well I primarily use the hickory flavor. I have a Bradley smoker that I use them in. It really makes a difference in the flavor of my deer sausage.
It takes about 3 bisquettes per hour of smoke. I would recommend this product to anyone. In time I want to try other flavors. I am new at smoking sausage and tend to not want to change something that works well but I think it is worth while to experiment with other flavors.

"Just recently purchased the Bradley digital smoker and bisquettes from cabelas. I would highly recommend this Bradley Smoker. Never smoked salmon. When I made the 1st batch in the Bradley Smoker it was the best smoked salmon I have ever had. They are very easy to operate and work perfectly. Buy it you will love it."
