"This product produces excellent results. The only caveat is that the bisquettes are expensive. You get what you pay for with this product though. I have smoked approximatly 100 pounds of salmon and the bisquettes have worked wonderfully! I have no complaints with the results."

"The flavor bisquettes are very easy to use and store well. No soaking required, stack them in the tube and your ready to go. They will break down if handled too much. The only way to keep the bisquettes together better is for the manufacturer to add glue. I'm not fond of idea of glue flavor in my smoked fish and meat. The small amount of clean up required is well worth the final smoked product."

"My pork shoulders are a huge hit everywhere i bring them. I have been asked to make pulled pork for everything from 4th of July celebrations to wedding receptions and use these bisquettes every time. I have used real hardwoods too, before i had a Bradly smoker, and I don't think i have given up anything. I use them for brisket too. Going to try some of the others for chicken and fish. Great Product."

"we smoked a chicken using our new bradley smoker and by using apple and maple every other bisquette was the ideal smoke flavor. our freinds loved it,
we also cooked a small pork loin at the very end. was a little to smokey but i'll get better at controling the smoke

"I love this system.... My personal trick for pork ribs is to put 1)Hickory..then 1)Apple..then 2)Hickory..1)Apple..2)Hickory..1)Apple..etc.
This way I have a 2:1 ratio of Hickory to Apple and it adds a great little extra flavor to just plain Hickory. I plan on doing more experiments with things like salmon w/ alderwood and cherry."

"These are very convient and add an awesome flavor to the meat. I only wished that some of the other hardwoods come on the 120 piece container instead of 48. I still am experimenting with these and have been pleased by the results so far."
