Awesome Anti-hawk Devices!,

"Ok, first of all I must tell you that I do not hunt. I purchased these decoys as an anti-hawk measure to help protect my small group of backyard chickens. So far so good. Before the decoys we had two hawk attacks. After the decoys, none. As an added bonus, they act as great baby sitters for the chickens while "the girls" free-range. Apparently the hens aren't too fond of crows and don't like to go near them!
The decoys themselves look very realistic (fooled a couple of my neighbors!), and are pretty sturdy. The stake on which the decoy sits stores neatly in the body/tail of the crow when not in use. When "staked" they move gently in the wind giving "life" to the still decoys.
I can't really review them for hunting purposes, but as back yard sentinals, they're great!"

"i was sceptical at first of buying decoys. i basically just wanted to blast crows to practice my pass shooting for goose season and its always fun to shoot one with a rifle. the decoys brought crows in 5min with no calls, they are unfortunately out of season at the moment but that gave me time to observe the crows lingering in the decoys for 20min or more until i scared them off! they work great by themselves...tho, they are deadly when combined with a call! alot of crows are gonna die because of these decoys!!"

"Used a handful of these this season and they do seem to draw the birds right in. Place one or two as lookouts and the rest on the ground and you will bring the birds in."

"wasn't happy to see the price go up, but they work awesome. I like the stakes that come with them. The new ones have orange on them, which make them more visible when it's time to pick up. The anchor point to tie string to is small, so keep that in mind. I just expected my string to work, but in the darkness of dawn I found out differently.
I may just start flocking cheaper decoys, but if money is no object to you, then these are by far the best."

"probably the nicest decoys on the market! hard to beat the looks compared to others (especially in the snow) just be careful with them as the flocking will rub off when handling rough (i made fleece bags for mine)! phil"

"These decoys are very realistic. They are bigger than a normal crow and are the size of a raven. On my first hunt out with these birds, I downed 12 crows. I used my Foxpro caller and these decoys. I'll be ordering more in the very near future. Well worth the money"

"WOW ! I've used these in a decoy pattern of 10 birds & 2 lookouts to great effect . Great size & likeness . Crows do a heap of damage to Aussie sheep stations livestock & the boss is always happy to have us there during lambing season . These decoys gather more birds than any other method & keep the gate open for future visits to the stations . Do yourself a favour & combine them with a good quality caller & adequate cover . It provides great off season wingshooting practice ."

"I got a pair of these decoys and they look great. When I set them out for a hunt we had, a breese blowing on the decoys and they were moving and the crows were coming in. We had a good hunt . The decoys look real setting out in the field. I know they fool the real birds. If you like to hunt crows . You need some of these decoys.

"Another great product from Greenhead. Again I read the reviews first and these crow decoys are large and look deadly. Though I have not hunted over them yet ( maybe today??I'm off. Or I'll set them out and just look at them, they are one cool looking decoy.

"Boy do these look real!! I love how the stake fits into the tail for storage also. I often use a crow decoy when Coyote calling to put the coyote in the "all is well" mode. I have used Flambeu decoys for years but these are WAY better."
