Our hunting glasses are aimed directly at making you more successful. The polarized lenses have
unparalleled clarity and sharpen visual acuity in flat and low-light conditions. The hunter green tint

amazing five layers of anti-reflective coating that reduces the chance of light reflecting off the lens by
more than 95%. They also pass ANSI Z-87 impact standards for shatterproof lens. The frames have a
high-definition immersion transfer finish that not only looks cool, but helps keep you concealed. The
frames come in two styles and have an arched design to help maximize your upward field of vision. The

glasses and is sized slightly larger for hunters needing more room for a comfortable fit. Nonslip
megnol temple tips keep them in place as do the nonslip nose pads, which adjust frame height for
increased vision. Comes with a floating neoprene case.

Conditional Recommendation,March 21, 2009
By HunterGofCAfrom HB, California
"I purchased these with "Hunter Green" tinted lenses. For the price they cost, I expected a bit more in quality to tell you the truth. As with other products, it has it's pros. & cons. So far, I used them while driving on sunny days, and while scouting for Wild Turkeys on an overcast day. The pros. are; - The lenses provide good contrast in dark and shaded trees and brushy areas. - They have uniform clarity. - Very light and sits comfortably and snugly on my face for long periods of time. - The nose pads have good grips and won't slide down. - The lenses wrap around the eyes and face, providing a good amount of protection from the rays and the glare of sunlight. The cons. are; - Not so good quality in material and workmanship. - The lenses beeing of plastic material, attract more dust than glass lenses would. - One of the temples is hinged unevenly to the frame, therefore it sits A-symmetrically on my face. One side sits right on my cheek, but the other is 1/16" off my other cheek. - The camo pattern is too light and lacks contrast on the plastic frame. It needs to be much darker and with more contrast in-order to blend-in with the surrounding vegetation as it's done on camo clothing fabrics. - I gave it a "conditional recommendation" above, because of the small/tight frame size for people with larger sized head. It was OK for my medium size head, but still I have to be very carefull when putting them on & off using both hands and moving them staight off my face. Over all, I'm happy with my purchase and I rather use and abuse these glasses while in the outdoors than ruinning my other higher priced sunglasses."

Shooting Glasses,January 21, 2009

"The color brings out details you cannot see with the naked eye. Only disadvantage for me was that they rode up up on the bridge of my nose because the nose piece and frame style did not fit my face that well."

Nice Glasses,July 23, 2008
By Troutwest66from Post Falls, Idaho
"I read where some said the frames were too tight and I agree but there's good news. Take them to a good optical shop and they can heat the bows of the frame and relax them so they fit you better. Mine didn't quite fit square on my face but now they're great. I bought the half-jacket style and I really like this style of frame for all my shooting and fishing glasses. I used them hunting ground squirrels up close with my .22 revolver while camping. I really liked wearing them for this. They were nice looking in the grass and brush where the squirrels were hanging out in. I can't wait to use these during deer and elk season hunting with my .44 mag revolver."

Shooting glasses,April 22, 2008
By gobblegobble618from South west Illinois
"I have used the glasses on 3 spring turkey hunts. They work good in overcast or blue skies. But best of all they cover the eyes and even squirrels don't seem to catch you sitting at the trees like they have in the past. They always seem to find the eyes. I feel like I can get away with a little more subtle movement with my head. I can't wait to use them for waterfowl hunting"

Love and hate them,February 5, 2008
By hefjrfrom Belmont, CA
"I love them because when your wearing them, everything is so much brighter and clearer. It's hard to describe how much better I see when wearing these glasses than when I'm not wearing them. I used mine when I was duck hunting all the time except when it rained. I plan on wearing them when I go sporting clay shooting in the off season. The only draw back is that the frames are very stiff and are not very flexable. I broke a pair only after maybe a dozen uses. You need to be very deliberate when your putting them on and taking them off. You need to use two hands and grab both sides of the frames. I reached up with one hand and didn't pull them completly straight off and I broke one of the arms in half. So if you can be carefull I think you will like them. As you can guess I have bought a second pair of them and have used them about sixty times so far using the two hand method."

"Love these glasses", lost my first pair on a turkey hunt and had to buy another the clarity if fantastic, no glare, I can shoot my bow with them in the Arizona sunshine and since I had lasix surgery they really keep my eye strain down due to excesive light in AZ. Can even drive at night with these glasses on which seems strange but neverthelesss they cut out the glare from others headlights. Tried other camo glasses with the coated camo lenses and they were OK but these glasses ROCK and fit great. Just took them on a Javelna hunt and shot a pig at 10 yards, he did not even notice I was there."

Cabela's hunting glasses,October 16, 2007
By brotherbear67from SE Wisconsin
"Outstanding optical quality and dull, almost non-reflective lens make these glasses perfect for bright days in the field/duckblind and the yellow lenses brighten up the overcast days, too. I would definitelyrecomend these and already have gone through one pair( sat on them on my steps ) and ordered a second pair the next day."

Shades for All Seasons,October 15, 2007
By DuckClubBrucefrom Suisun Marsh, California
"Cabelas Comes Through With Shades For All Seasons. Duck hunting requires good shades. During the early morning hours, amber lenses provide essential eye protection and work to enhance flying images against dark skies. Later in the morning, a bright sun and reflections off the pond make dark glasses a must. Thanks to Cabelas' Extreme Hunter's Polarized Hunting/Shooting glasses, you will only need one pair in your blind bag. The lenses are tinted in a way that gives you both the light scavenging qualities of amber glasses and the sun buffering relief of a darker pair. I do not know how they do it, but Cabelas created shades for all seasons. Invest in one good pair, and it will do the work of two."
