"HOLSTER IS BUILT WELL AND WILL HOLD UP TO LOTS OF USE. PROBLEM ONE IS THAT IT WAS NOT MADE TO FIT ALL PRO-G3 MODELS. I HAVE A PRO 500 AND THE HOLSTER COVERS UP THE SMALL GREEN TONE BUTTON ON THE TRANSMITTER. PROBLEM TWO IS THAT THE WAY IT FASTENS ONTO A BELT IS AWKWARD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO DO IT ONE HANDED IN THE FIELD I.E. IF YOU HAVE YOUR FIREARM IN YOUR OTHER HAND. OVERALL IT WORKS BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THOUGHT OUT. WAITING FOR TRI-TRONICS TO MAKE ONE FOR IT......."

"HAS TO BE THE MOST I HAVE GOTTEN FOR LESS THAN TEN BUCKS IN THE LAST TEN YEARS.OTHER HOLSTERS I HAVE SEEN SELL FOR UP TO 30 BUCKS,AND THEY CANNOT BE ANY BETTER THAN THIS. THE TRANSMITTER CONNOT COME OUT.IT CAN BE CLIPPED ON YOUR BELTLOOP, OR WORN ON BELT W/TRADITINAL 2''LOOP STRAP,OR HOOKED BY D-RING. IT ALSO COMES WITH A SHOULDER STRAP THAT I FIND USELESS. "This holster is a really good fit for the new G2 Tritronics transmitter units. I like the ability to sling it right-side up or upside down. It's ability to contain the unit securely depends on a spring-loading system. I wonder whether this will hold. But so far, so good. The only negative I see is the holster blocks the tone button from use."

"When I ordered this Avery? Tri-Tronics? G2 Field and Pro Series Transmitter Holster I thought that it fasten to your belt as the old tri-tronics holster did and that you could pull the transmitter out and slide it in but this is not the case with this holster. It hange upside down and has a snap on the bottom of the hoister which you can fasten it to a belt loop. The Avery? Tri-Tronics? G2 Field and Pro Series Transmitter Holster may be just what you would want in duck hunting as you could hook it on and not drop your transmitter in the water."

"After spending a lot of money on a training collar for my dog, I wanted to find a way to protect my investment. I purchased the transmitter holster after being told by a friend that he once dropped his transmitter in the water while duck hunting and never found it. This holster allows me to attach it to a conveinent location on my waders or hunting vest and also helps the transmitter float incase I was to ever drop it in the water. Its a great product but does need a little fine tuning on securing to waders or hunting vest."
