Better then Strap Weights!!,

"These weights are by far better then strap weights in my opinion and it's kinda hard to pick them apart but the two things that throw me off a little bit are that the weights are hard to grab with gloves on and they should put a place to install a line to the end like the Ace Weights but they might not be able to. The other thing is the stretchy cords are not stretchy enough. They will stretch almost a foot but I feel like there in a bind. I have to cut my decoy line to work with these weights just right. In all it's a good product though."

"Not much to say other than the fact that these Keel Grabber Weights make setting up my decoy spreads a breeze. I cut the time in half compared to my other weights. They save the paint on your decoys which means less work in the off season!"

"I was very suprised after I had ordered these weights and used them for the first couple of times this season. They are much more efficient and effective than the standard lead bars that you wrap around the decoy.
The only compliant I had is it to some time and a little frustration to get the exact length on the decoy cord for each species to make sure the wieght was secure on the keel and not too tight or too loose."

"I got these at the start of the season and have used them several times, they are great!!! Great design! They stay put on the keel and dont damage the finish on my deeks! The hook design also grabs on to grass and vegetation when in the water. It keeps them from drifting away in high winds, but lets them move around a little just like they are swimming around. Great product!!!!"

"These are a great Idea, the only flaw is that unlike the Ace decoy anchors these do not have a hole drilled in the end for a small piece of cord. That loop of cord makes it really nice for unwinding and winding in the dark and especially in the cold when you have gloves on."

"I have used these before with other hunters and finally broke down and bought some. They are really an easy, effective way of holding your decoy weights so when you take your decoys out of the bag they do not get all tangled up. The paint around the neck of the decoy would sometimes chip because I wrapped the decoy weight around it, no more of that problem. Just wind up the string and pull the weight into place. I love this product.
The only downfall was this product was on backorder for over 6 months. I ordered it back in the winter and if finally arrived in July."

"These weights will suffice but the other products available at Cabela's work far better. The problem is the rubber will not stretch very far, you have to assemble them and your decoy line will have to be cut far more precise to make sure they will work properly without over stretching them."

"The bands for the weights tend to break in real cold weather. I broke 5 bands in two days. Not real convenient when you are putting out decoys."

"These decoy weights are the way to go. Iam so use to pulling out my decoys in the dark and spending half the morning untangling them. I was very impressed with the durability of these and how simple it is to keep your decoys untangled in your decoy bag, it gives me time for an extra cup of coffee in the morning."
