"The scope mounted easily, sighted in easily, held it's zero well and the optics seemed fair. The thing I was disapointed about was the eye relief. I have to crane my neck to get a good field of view."

"I'll admit I was skeptical of this scope, but tried it and WOW! For the price, it can't be beat, I mounted it on my AR and sighted it in and it does what I expected of it. I can put it on and take it of in a matter of seconds easily. My only mistake was that I should have purchased another for my other ARs.
Excellent value!"

"I purchased this scope (M-16 4X20) at the Bargin Cave in
Nebraska. I was looking for an inexpensive scope for my recently purchased Bushmaster M4A3 AR-15. The price was
even below what I had estimated I was looking to pay. Every-
thing said and done, it mounted as simply as it said and the only reason it took more than a dozen shot to zero at 100yds.
is the fact I'm not a great shot. I went to the range last week and am shooting in a 3 to 31/2" grouping. not bad for a bad shot. Only neg. is crosshairs could be thinner. Have not shot past 100yds. yet."

"An outstanding value. With aging eyes, I've needed a scope. Shopped around quite a bit. Given the exorbitant prices of optics, especially for M-16/M-4s (optics can be more than the doggone weapon itself!), I was shocked at the high quality of this scope for such a low price. Heavy and substantial--doesn't feel fragile or cheaply made. No problems mating to my carrying handle--rock solid. Robust. Pleased to see that the finish is less "glossy" than in the photo. Surprisingly accurate out of the box. Infinitely adjustable instead of clicks. When the scope is mounted, can still use my iron sights. Recommend it without reservation. One of the best purchases I've made!"

"well i purchased one of these sights to sit atop my M-4 carbine durring my deployment. Needless to say it performed well at the range. Zeroed on a 25m military zero range and then taken out to a known distance range with just a turn of the BDC dial at the desired ranges it allowed me to qualify expert. While deployed it was also subjected to a large vehicle fire. After an over 4 hour diesel fire everything inside the vehicle was un-identifiable except for this sight. Granted the reticle and lenses were warped but the tube and BDC were still in an operable condition. My M-4carbine was melted into the floor and the sight was the only thing left..... thats a quality prodict in my mind. Great Product"

"This scope was definitely worth the money for me. It attached easily and securely to the carry handle of my 1978 Colt SP1 AR-15. The optics were quite good and I was able to zero the scope with 6 shots at 100 yards. My next eight shots were all within a standard 100 yard sight-in target bulls-eye with the ninth and tenth shots outside the bull, but within the ten ring. Total group size was 1.25 inches at 100 yards... but the first eight shots were within 0.75". Needless to say I was impressed with the scope and rifle. At 200 yards the 4X power isn't enough magnification for "bulls-eye" work, but the groups I shot at 200 yards were all within 2.5-3.0 inches. The bullet drop compensation worked well going from 100 to 200 yards... but I haven't shot the rifle at any longer distances. The scope would be fine for shooting "man-size" targets at long range, but for "varmint" shooting a higher magnification scope is required.
I have put nearly 200 rounds through the rifle using this scope and it has remained secure and on target.
Overall, for the money, this scope is an excellent value."

"Any body looking for a decent scope to mount directly to the carry handle on their Ar-15, i would recommend this scope as an option. I havnt gotten a chance for any long range shooting with this scope but i have mounted it and pre-bzo with it and it seems to hold a good group. I have a scope that mounts similiar to this directly onto the carry handle and this scope definetly has a more solid feel/fit and cuts down on most of the play i had in my other scope. For the price and the solid feel, and the direct mount, ill give it 5 Stars"

"Excellent for the money. I sighted it in at 100 yds the limit of the range and had all in a 2 inch group. Sone 3 shot groups with target ammo you could cover with a quarter. Sets great kon the M4"

"I had an expensive red dot scope on my AR-15. My carbine is dressed to the hilt with all the bells an whistles. As I got older my eye sight has faded alone with my hair line (trifocals). The Barska M-16 scope not only looks good on my carbine, I can hit Prairie Dog Targets at 150 yards. O.K.----Sighted the scope at 50 yard (4 shots), then shoot two TWO bulls-eye at 150 yard---then I quite. O.K.-----was it luck or marksmanship??? I highly recommend the Barska M-16, how can a shooter go wrong for the PRICE!!!!"

"The scope mounts easily to the carrying handle of the AR-7. The price is right & the scrope is structurally well constructed. When I shot 6 rounds, it average approximately 1.5" apart at 25 meters without making any adjustment to the scope. To me it was OK. I have not made any adjustment to it yet. I'm very satisfied & I'm just gonna leave it as-is for now."

"I haven't had a chance to go shooting with my new 4x20 yet, but it mounted with NO problem. Some say that the fit is too loose but mine fits great.
The 4x mag seems adequate for basic sighting but I can see now that I'd like to try a variable in the 3-9 to 4-12 range for closer target acquisition after searching with the low power setting.
Once I sight the 4x20 in, I'll relay my experience on it's accuracy and usability."

"I bought this scope because I wanted something cheap that I could mount to the carry handle. This one is designed to be mounted to the carry handle so you don't have to buy a separate mount.
I was impressed with how easily and securely it mounted to the handle. It was also very easy to sight in, I was on target very quickly.
Considering it's price, initial quality and ease of use I rate it highly. If it holds up all the better. I do have 60 rounds through it so far and no problems."
