"I bought 3 fleece caps from Cabela's prior to an 8-day pack-in hunt in the Selway mountains in Idaho. This was the only one I wore!
I used it every day as a neck gaitor to keep the warmth in my jacket and it worked perfect. On cold, windy ridge tops, I slipped it up to cover my neck, head and face.

"Cant wait to use this durning the November and late December hunts in Lower to Mid NY. Fits nice, Flece is warm, and best of all, you can here through in case a deer is walking nearby, and will keep your ears, neck and face warm. Other head and ear covers block sound. This allows sound yet will keep out wind and keep you warm. A must have I will say and extremely well made, adaptable and very affordable"

"This thing will keep you nice & toasty when your 16 feet up in the wind like me. When it gets too warm, you just pull it down around your neck & you don't have to carry it or worry about losing it. "Cabela's Balaclava performed excellent on my recent trip to a Nebraska Duck hunt in -5 weather. It was very warm. It allowed great mobility and was not constrictive around my neck or ears. Anything that keeps you warm in a -40 windchill, and is comfortable is welcomed by hardcore waterfowlers. The Max-4 pattern is getting hard to find but not at Cabela's. It made a great hunt, and is a great product."

"i received this balaclava for christmas. Christmas was in the high country of New Mexico 8300 feet up, needless to say it was cold and white high's in the mid 20's low's -5 to 15. this balaclava keep my neck head and face warm i was impressed.
