"Overall, I am satisifed with this vest. The seat really works and is not as cumbersome as you would think. The pockets are well placed and enable you to organize a wide variety of gear. I have two complaints. The rifle shell loops are too large for many centerfire calibers and the vest is hot. This is a result of the extra padding in the shoulders and back, as well as the layered pockets. I think that the versatility of the vest outweighs the negatives that I mentioned. I would recommend to fellow hunters."

"Don't order your normal size. Follow the instructions and get one size up because the padding is thick and takes up space. Pockets have nice holders for shells/rounds sown in so you're not gingling as you move around."

"The vest had 4 snap closers that were damaged during installation. Cabelas tryed to have mfg. send me replacements or replace the vest. Closers were not avalible from mfg. I opted not return vest, went turkey hunting in North Georgia Mountains.The lounge part worked great. It is a great vest/lounge at great deal and savings. It only cost $2 to repair. Thanks cabela!!!"

"This is ideal for stalking Sambar and Fallow, and with the seat it is ideal for waiting for the Hoggies, it does away with the traditional day pack.
If summer hunting one size up will be too large over a thin shirt.

"This is a very nice vest. Its a little heavy and the storage pocket on the back could be much larger. Never the less it is a great alternative to a pack. It truly does take the place of a day pack. Very comfortable on the move or on a stand."

"I was very happy with the quality of this vest. I actually bought the camo version, and will be using it mainly for short photography hikes into the great outdoors. If using the vest in very cold weather [over a heavy parka] be sure to follow Cabela's advice to order 1 size larger! I wear an X-large and ordered an X-large knowing that I wouldn't be wearing it over a heavy jacket and it fits perfect. I could still easily wear a sweatshirt and polarfleece under it on chilly mornings. All in all it's going to be perfect for all of my uses. Again I'm very happy with another Cabela's purchase!!!!!!!!"
