Impressive Accuracy,

"Last year I mounted the Nikon Omega to my T/C Encore Endeavor and sited it in at 100 yards. The next week, I killed a 10pt at 80 yards and he dropped in his tracks. This year I intentionally let a doe go from 40 yards to 180 yds and again, one shot! I may be pushing my luck, but I want to take one at 250 yds to see what this scope and my gun will really do! I am very impressed with this scope's accuracy!"

"I recently purchased an Omega scope for my TC Encore Endeavor. Sighted it in at 100 yards using a range finder for all target distances. Believe me, the bullet drop compensator feature works as advertised. The proper rings below the cross hair intersection are accurate for the 150, 200, and 225 distances. I did not shoot at 250 yards. The first shot at gallon milk jugs at 150 yards and beyond were dead on. This is accomplished with a 230 grain Hornady XTP bullet, Hornady sabots, and 135 grains of FF Shocky Gold American Pioneer powder. This is a good white tail deer combination. Swabbed the barrel between each shot to simulate first shot attributes. This is a very good scope for the money."

"This scope was only 1" off at 100 yards right out of the box. Mounted it on a TC Omega and checked the circles out to 200 and they are dead on. Excellent optics, great BDC feature and Nikon quality, love it! Get one for your in line you won't be sorry."

"I would highly recommend this scope for many reasons but one reason I don't recommend it is it has to much eye relief. Sitting on top of a TC Omega muzzleloader with rings that go straight up instead of forward or back puts you having to hold the gun two inches away from shoulder in order to get full reticle. Needs less eye relief and would be best scope for muzzleloaders."

"this is a great scope, it is very clear and view is great. I got the camo Nikon for my tc triumph. the 1 piece Talley mount is easy, the only thing is I got the med and for the pulling the hammer back should probably get the high one."

"Like the feel and quality of construction and especially the eye releif of this scope but find the 3x9 just a little shy in power for long distance would have loved this scope if offered in 4x12. Also just a little disappointed in light transmission had a Bushnell Dusk to Dawn that seemed to be brighter in low light. The BDC is fantastic and love this option. Would also like to see this scope with a lighted reticle. But over all would recommened this scope but would like to see Nikon offer some of the above as options."

Once mounted shot at 50 yards, hit just a little low. Moved to 100 yards and move up 12 clicks and right 3. Easy to zero, 3 inch group at 100 in great!"
