"yes, the speed clip can get in the way sometimes. But... you can move it anywhere on your sling you want it, or even take it off and put it in your pocket if you prefer.
I also have one of the TC ones, but I like this one better, as I have the option of putting it on my sling, or pack, or just about anywhere, and it's green instead of brite red. Just a personal preference on the color. But, the TC one doesn't have the loop on the back, so it's slightly less versitile than the PowerBelt one.
Either way, I like the design, and it makes for quick follow up loading if necessary, and it carries everything I need all in one place. No extra bags now, I just grab the ML and go!"

"The sling works great, it kept the rifle from moving around even while i was dragging my deer. The tubes didn't seem to make any noise but they did have some glare. As far as i know the deer didn't seem to mind. The reloaders where in the way at times but they slide up and down the sling whith little effort."

"Well quake slings are awesome stick to your shoulder and are comfortable. Dont buy the speed clip system though....it sticks straight up in the air when you have it on your shoulder. It comes off the sling though. So I needed a speed clip anyway thought this might be nice but wasnt. It is nice when reloading though if you want to put up with it in your ear while walking."

"I now have this system on all three of my Muzzleloaders. The system works extremely well in the field. (I had only one problem with one of the plastic tubes. It was cracked upon delivery. I found that the 50Cal. sabot bullet tubes, that I'd purchased, were the same size. These sabot tubes were also made of thicker plactic and fit the receptical on the sling perfectly. Eventually I will replace all of the tubes with these heavier duty ones. ) I have two daughters, that hunt with me, and they report that they really like the ease and access this system provides. "Much eaiser than the other types of quick loading systems" they said. I originally baught the system for them. Decided I liked them so much I ordered one for myself. Everyone, who has seen these slings wants one and always inquires" where did you get them." I told them I'd bought two of them at the Cabelas Store in Kansas City Ks and I'd ordered the third one, mine, on line at Cabelas.com Thanks, Cabelas, for a great addition to our field hunting accessaries. "Where did I put those pre measured black powder loads? Which pocket are they in? No longer a problem. With the Quake sling and the Load holders attached to the sling It is one BIG worry left out of the mix. The sling itself allows you to strap your rifle on with no slippage it is secured to your shoulder another bothersome concern gone. I now have put the Quake sling on my rifles, my slug shotguns and my Crossbow. I haven’t seen anything even close performance wise. You can rest assured this piece of equipment is a must have in my book.

"This sling came in handy on a recent hog hunt. I shot a nice boar and needed a quick follow up shot. The speed clip is in a good position when you turn your barrel up to reload. I was able to reload quickly before the hog could get away."
