Rear-deploying RAGE SlipCam broadheads are guaranteed to be fully deployed upon entry, giving you the full benefit of the head's cutting diameter. In flight, RAGE broadheads are streamlined with a 3/4" in-flight diameter. Upon impact, the SlipCam system initiates and the blades slide back, deploying from the rear. High-speed footage shows that RAGE broadheads are fully deployed, even hyper-extended at impact. Traditional over-the-top expandables, on the other hand, deploy as they enter, resulting in a much smaller entry hole. The blades on a RAGE cut a wide swath as they go, for maximum tissue damage. RAGE's ShockLock™ System employs an O-ring that acts as a small shock absorber for the blades, protecting them if they hit bone.
Penetration tests prove that, in spite of their impressive cutting diameter, RAGE broadheads out-penetrate fixed-blade broadheads and over-the-top expandables. All RAGE broadheads feature a stainless steel, instant-cut tip, HexFlat design for exceptionally stable flight, stainless steel blades, and a body machined from aircraft-quality aluminum. The 40KE is made specifically for those hunting extra big game like moose. It's recommended that hunters use this head for big game if they generate less than 40 ft. lbs. of kinetic energy. The RAGE 40KE has a 1.5" cutting diameter. Includes a free practice head. 100 grain. Per 3.

Perfect,November 9, 2009
By kobi49from Pennsylvania
"This is my first year trying the rage 2 blade 1.5 cut. Two shots 1 doe 1 8point Both deer did not leave my sight before they fell. The doe was a perfect shot so I expected that. My 8 point, wich I shot tonight, was walking strait away from me at 12 yds. My arrow did not pass through, But burried half way into the vitals 45 yds later, he colappsed."

Big 8 pointer down with the 40ke,November 5, 2009
By Bowhunter821from Stratford,CT
"I shot a giant 8 point that dressed at 185 on Holloween. Im 17 and only been bowhunting for 4 years. I tried a couple different broadeads so far and didn't get the best results. I decided to give the rage a try. I got in my stand for the morning hunt, and not even 5 minutes after i knocked my arrow this bruiser came walkin down the trail. I shot im at 7 yards and got a pass through. He only went 40 yards and the blood was out of control!!!!!! Huuuuuuuge entrance and exit holes. I will never switch broadheads again. They also fly just like a field point. Great prduct."

Awesome entry and exit holes!,October 26, 2009
By biggerbuckdownfrom West-Central IL (Big Buck USA)
"These Rage broadheads produce the biggest wounds imaginable, both entry and exit as well as internal. My latest victim came just 2 nights ago when a 220# field dressed buck was only able to run 30 yds. Blood was sprayed everywhere on his short run as well. I have never lost an animal when shot with a Rage, you just have to see the holes!"

Two shots two kills,October 20, 2009
By vtchef99from Oxford, MS
"Don't believe the negative reviews my dad bought these and turned me on to them. I was completely skeptical about an expanding broadhead but tried them this past weekend. I shot a doe at about 22 yard and all I saw was Blood spatter and the deer only ran about 15 yards. The next afternoon I shot a 210 lb 8point at 40 yard Quartering away and He fell where I shot him. Try these broadheads. I did and Harvested two fantastic Deer the first times I shot them. They fly like Field points and make long shots possible.
"Perfect double lung shot on a doe but it still ran for over 150 yards. I checked to see what internal damage i did when i gutted the deer and it was a clear double lung shot. There was very little blood and it took me a long time to find the deer. Overall the rage broadheads do fly very well, i just wasnt satisfied with the wound size or the blood trail."

BIG GAME,September 28, 2009
By CIA
"Took a nice bull moose with the new Rage broad head and had a clean pass through at 20 yards, didnt have to go more than 75 yards to find the animal. I am pretty sure I could have went to the three blade or a bigger cut and still had good penetration. PSE X force and the rage broad heads seem like a good combination."

40ke enough for elk,September 17, 2009
By nikonbelieverfrom Las Cruces, NM
"I just shot a cow elk on my hunt. Quartering a little toward me shot her right behind the shoulder and exited by the last rib. Not the best shot. Blood trail was drips but decent, only one side. Arrow did not completely exit, it was hanging by the fletching, hence the lack of blood. Followed her for about 150 yards, then backed out because it got dark. Rained that night, but found her about another 150 yards from last blood. 30 yard shot. 2-inch might have been better with shot location, but 40ke might have been better if I hit the shoulder. But, they did the job and I was able to find the elk. Very happy. and they fly great.
Rage Broadheads,September 10, 2009

"I have not yet had the opportunity to use my broadheads as of yet, but I did use them to replace three of my old mechanical broadheads. I have heard nothing but excellent reviews from those of my friends who have already used them and I can't wait to hear the thwack this season."

rage,August 26, 2009
By tallpocketsfrom Arkansas
"Truly stands up to all the advertisments! Amazing entry and exit wounds which leads to very short blood trails if any trailing is necessary. Most of the deer i have shot have actually fallen within sight. Super product cant understand why so few reviews on it. Price is a little high compared to other heads but worth it when marginal hits turn into recovered animals. Penetration is never been a problem."

Rage practice blades,August 10, 2009
By phildanfrom Greeneville TN.
"I have only used the rage practice blades. They shoot just like a field tip. I have not used the hunting blades yet, but i assume they will be same point of impact as the practice blades. I have been using Muzzy blades with great success during past hunts. I hope I want be disapointed, trying something new. Purchased the Rage due to advertizing on the Out Door Channel, you know "put them down"!"

The RAGE is the BEST!,May 19, 2009
By ChopsINC
"I can't believe that this product only has 2 reviews. The broadhead is BY FAR the BEST on the Market! It flies unbelievably like a field point and the HOLE it leaves in a deer (or any other animal) is amazing! There is no other broadhead on the market that even comes close to the RAGE...."

2 Blade Rage,May 7, 2009
By tomoefrom Jackson, MI
"I have tried expandable broadheads in the past, and have been disappointed. I was skeptical but willing to try the Rage 2 Blade. My first opportunity was at a broadside buck at 40 yards. I was thinking of all the what ifs when I drew on the buck. I shot with good placement into the upper chest and watched the deer run 50 or so yards and fall. I could see the blood as the deer ran and was quite surprised. The arrow was a complete pass thru. Very pleased with the exit hole and blood trail. plan on using this broadhead on Elk soon."
