"i was not very impressed by this video i thought it was more of an advrtisement for some of the products used for every type of sausage made it was just a repeat of the same process it had no recipes he used premixed products from other companies and if you know anything about sausage making it will teach you nothing new i wish i wouldn't have spent the money"

"This is a great DVD. It is very informative, and easy to follow. It covers every aspect of sausage processing, and although it is advertised as, "Advanced," I beleive the novice would not have any difficulty making and processing sausage, or any of the other products covered in the DVD."

"This DVD had good picture quality, but no audio other than the background music. I called the 800 number on the case, which was the company that made it and they sent a replacement DVD which worked fine. I has a lot of finformation that is useful for making the different kinds of sausage. A good way to use that extra deer burger.
Other than this little problem, it was a good purchase. Thank you! mkbar"

"Flat out...this DVD is an absolute must for the home sausage maker. Brad did a great job pointing out some of pitfalls that can happen during the sausage making process and also during smoking. The video moves along quickly and is jammed pack with helpful tips for sausage making and smoking. This isn't an some "informercial" DVD either. He did mention the name of the smoker, but that's about it. What I found interesting is that Brad used a large inexpensive hand meat grinder in the video...and then used the same unit to stuff the sausage. Amazing. I was told by friends not to even try stuffing sausage with a meat grinder, let alone a hand meat grinder. Excellent video."
