"Best DVD on de-boning an elk that I have watched. Wish the dvd included quartering and de-boning a bull elk in the field without field dressing. Most of the hunters I have spoken with have recommended quartering or de-boning without field dressing the elk. Other than that, great dvd and a good buy. I am waiting on a dvd from the 49th state on de-boning a moose that is highly recommeneded. Good huntin'! DH from AZ"
