"This instructional video is perfect. I harvested my very first deer this year, and with this video I was able to take my deer from the field and do all of the processing myself with no help and needing no advice from anyone else. This video is top notch and highly recommended."

"I definitely did a much better job processing my own deer after watching this DVD. It's packed with info, and the guy seems to really know what he's doing. It shows every detail of the process from the first cut all the way to making butterfly steaks, roasts, sausage, etc. This is a lot of work, however, so be prepared to spend quite a few hours on your kill. It also requires an investment in tools and equipment to be done right. The only thing that was somewhat annoying is that the guy repeats himself quite a bit which makes it somewhat difficult to watch all the way through."

"I couldn't believe how detailed the DVD was. I kinda figured it'd give a step by step guide on how to do things, but they went through the steps over and over and gave you plenty of reasons why they do things their way. Great DVD."

"Great product. This dvd goes step by step showing you the entire process of field dressing, skinning and butchering your animal wich is the easiest way for a newbie learn and I, a seasoned hunter found it most interesting as well because he goes in depth with every subject and I found out I was not nearly getting all of the meat off of my game animals as possible. A must buy for all skill levels, the best info dvd available by far!"

"Aside from the fact that this DVD is in many ways an advertisement for Outdoor Edge products, it is still a very informative video. Even though I have been hunting deer for over 20 years, I found many useful field dressing and processing tips in it. Overall, a very good video."

"Good step-by-step instructional video; provides the basics and will allow anyone to successfully process their game. My only complaint (and it was resolved by the company itself) was the fact that my DVD player did not provide sound for the first two chapters. Apparently, there can be discrepancy in audio effects depending on the make of your DVD player. Again, the company directly resolved this."
