Cabela's Ghil-Leaf™ Cargo Pants

Ghil-Leaf is the perfect blend of Ghillie and Leafy technology. Cabela's patent-pending technology has created the most realistic leaf drape ever developed. Whether in a stand or on the ground, animals won't be able to use eyesight to their advantage because your human outline simply won't exist. These pants are equipped with an elastic waist so you can move freely, and elastic cuffs that won't snag on vegetation or interfere with a bowstring. They have knee-length zippers for easy on and off. Slash pockets zip closed to secure your wallet, tags and other valuable items. Two large zip-closure cargo pockets with hidden zippers hold additional gear. Imported. Sizes: M-2XL. Camo patterns: Mossy Oak? New Break-Up?, Seclusion 3D?, Mossy Oak? Treestand?(with New Break-Up? Leaves).

"I ordered these pants along with the jacket.No leaves fell off when taken out of packageing.The pants do have belt hoops.I went out squirrel hunting and the squirrels didnt even know i was there,had plenty of time to raise my gun and shoot.Some squirrels were so close to me that when I took a shot I blew them right up.These hunting pants and jacket are a must have if you dont want to be seen.The shipping was very fast and the product is good material.I would recommend this product to everyone.Thank You Cabelas!"

"Nice fit! Long zippers in the legs make them great to pull over boots. I Like the zip-cord waist. Only problem is the zippers are very hard to find while gazing into the field. Gloves make the task impossible. They need to put a large, non-metal clasp at the end of the zippers. The cuffs cinch nicely at the bottom. I am pleased (surprised) at the quality."

"this will be great if you are buying if to fit over other clothes, or if you hunt only in warm weather. the pants are elastic waist band and fit well over my other clothes. It is like a mesh backing so don't be fooled into thinking it wil keep you warm and dry. You will be hidden from the deer well though and it serves that purpose very well. I know some other reviews said that the leaves fall off, but i ran mine through the washer a couple times so far and no leaves have fallen off yet."

"As are most Cabela's products these pants are well constructed; however, in my opinion they do have a design flaw. That is, they are pull on pants and do not have a waist opening and even worse they do not have a fly. If you wish to have a zippered fly installed it will cost you approx. $20 at a tailor."

"I really like the ghil-leaf camo. It works great for the early archery season here in Tennessee. This is my second set. I particularly like the pockets which allow my string release, my arm guard and gloves to be out of the way when climbing into a tree stand. The pants need one major change, however. Belt loops are badly need. The elastic draw string just doesn't keep the pants from working down when bending and walking."

"Pretty much the same as my review on the ghil leaf jacket. Came to me with alot of the 3d leaves loose in the box, more fell off during first trip out but shedding has stopped and pant looks less symetrical now. Little tight in the groin area , so had to modify with a knife a little,( the pants not me!!), and they worked alot better once I put suspenders on them. mesh backing starts to wear and stretch after alot of crawling, pockets seem to be a little weak and mesh rips and stretches and catches on gloves and items in pockets, shells, binos, etc. Pretty comfortable and all in all a good buy."

"Pants work great with the rest of the suit. The pants are very quite and great for breaking up your pattern during your hunt. I use my suite all year. The only draw back that i have encountered is the side zippers on the bottom of the pant leg have a tendancy to get the leafs stuck in them so care is needed when zipping the pants down after you have your boots on. I trimmed back a couple of the leafs and this has seemed to lessen the chances."
