10x25 Prostaff binos,November 7, 2009
By HUNTINELKfrom Montana
"Just got these compact 10x25 binoculars and took them elk hunting today, and I am here to tell these are awesome! They are ultra clear and adjust easily. A friend of mine has the Nikon Monarch ATB 10x42's and after using his and then these Prostaff bino's I am glad I didn't spend the extra money for the Monarchs. Incredible binos for an incrdible price!"

Very good Binoculars!,November 3, 2009
By JimmyRKfrom Michigan
"These are great binoculars for a great price!! I compared these to other compact binos in the same price range, including Leupold, and foud the Nikon ProStaff ATB'S to have the brightest and clearest picture. I have always been a big fan of Leupold products, but when it comes to compact binoculars, these Nikon's win hands down. They are a bit heavyer than expected but not too bad. I have had them out bow hunting several times this year without any problems and best of all.....NO FOG!!!! It gets cold here in Michigan but no fogging issues at all. They work well in low light conditions as well. Better than expected. You won't regret this purchase!!"

Great deal!,October 12, 2009
By BridgewaterBobfrom NW Ohio
"The product is everything I hoped it would be. Great glass, size, weight and price.
If there is one thing to improve upon, it would be more understandable instructions (for a 60 year-old) on how to connect the neck strap."

good not excellent,July 12, 2009
By Deadbirdnormalfrom baltimore, maryland
"optical portion is great. Little cumersom to handle, oddly shaped. lense covers are very much sub par, knowing this is a problem, it should of been fixed awhile ago. Very much pleased with their optics, very much disappointed with their covers. Covers are actually not fitting snugly, sort of almost like they were designed that way. Crazy to me, but thats the only downfall I can see (get it see). LOL . Yes , I would buy them again at the price offered."

Happy so far,January 13, 2009

"So far I'm very happy with them. I wanted them to take in my kayak so it'll be spring before I get to really test them. They are the perfect size and weight for carrying with me or tossing in my pack."

Good Glass,January 2, 2009
By Bussfrom Texas
"I bought these for my daughter for Christmas so she would quit borrowing my Nikon Monarch ATB's. They were perfect for her in both size and weight. On our hunting trip last week she shot a nice 8 pointer. I snuck a peek through the Pro Staff ATB's and was delighted in the clarity and ease of adjustment."

So very sharp,December 23, 2008
By LesterGfrom Along the Missippi River in Missouri
". . . though like all 10x, as opposed to 8x, binoculars the ProStaff is hard to hand-hold -- a tree works well as a brace, or a car hood (if the engine is not running). Excellent size, weight, easily adjusted (and re-adjusted for others), with truly brilliant clarity. Could not be happier. Highly recommended."

Nikon Prostaff,October 27, 2008
By MNhunter29from Duluth, MN
"Perfect for the price....I can't say enough about them. Sure, there may be higher quality out there, but I will take the Nikon Prostaff anytime over paying a higher price. Lightweight and clarity that matches the more expensive binoculars. Perfect for the casual binocular user like myself."

Nikon ProStaff ATB Binoculars,October 13, 2008
By Springfieldmanfrom Way out West...New Mexico
"As expected, these Nikon ProStaff Binocular exceeded my expectations for clear and bright optics. After all, they are made by Nikon, one of the world's premier optics manufacturers. They performed very well in the field and stood up to abuse while bouncing around in my ATV cargo box. I am very pleased with them and certainly recommend them to anyone. The long eye relief made them work very well even with my eyeglasses."

great for average joe,September 9, 2008
By keeverfrom arkansas
"they are really well made and handy to carry both to a deer stand as well as to a football game--crisp and clear until dusk--only drawback is the lens covers--nikon needs to come up with more secure method that will stay put--otherwise,well worth the money--the 12x25 pair is my second prostaff--already sold on the 10x25 i bought last year---"

Great Binos,August 3, 2008
By jeplyfrom Greenwood, SC
"I received a pair of 9x25's as a gift and would not have bought them otherwise but I have to admit these are the best compact binoculars I have used. The optical quality is amazing and I have not experienced any eye fatigue during extended glassing. They are very clear. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a light, compact pair of binoculars and doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg."

These are Great,July 22, 2008
By MrPugfrom California
"I've used them primarily for concerts. They work great day and night. They are small and light, so very portable. Great zoom. It's the perfect combo for a cost-benefit option. They're above average in functionality, portability, and definitely price. If you're not looking for a very fancy, very professional thing, but are still interested in something of good quality and value, then these are your binoculars."

Crystal Clear, Lightweight, Definitely Waterproof,July 21, 2008
By FlyfishingFoolfrom Missouri
"I purchased a pair of the 8x25 ProStaff ATB binoculars to use on a trip to Alaska. While I used much heavier binoculars with larger glass when viewing from static locations and from vehicles; the Prostaff's were the binoculars I grabbed to go hiking in Denali, and for all my fishing activities - from wading down Moose Creek flyfishing for grayling, to floating the Kenai River in a drift boat, even running across Skilak Lake in strong winds with lots of spray. The Prostaffs handled travel well including getting bumped and banged around while floating through Class IV rapids. They are definitely waterproof, having been wet multiple times in driftboats, windblown spray and rain; even dripping sweat.
If weight is not a problem, and the slightly higher cost is not an issue, then definitely go for the Nikon Monarchs. However, if you want a pair of waterproof binoculars that are so light that you almost forget you even have them hanging from your neck, then the Prostaffs are a great solution. By the way - did I mention that the glass is the usual excellent Nikon quality - crystal clear? Being able to grab a pair of binoculars with one hand to look at an eagle or a bear, while at the same time hanging on to your flyrod with a salmon on the line, and not be concerned about getting the binoculars wet? - Priceless!"

Best in Price range,March 27, 2008
By Realwildphotosfrom Des Plaines Il
"Nikon Prostaff ATB Binoculars For the price these are the sharpest image quality for the money. I compared them with all the other name brands in this price range that Cabela's carries they are by far the best. The 8x25s compare to some of the other ones that are 10x25s. I use the with the Cabela's harness you don't even know you have them on !"

Great compact binocs,February 1, 2008
By 308Shooterfrom Gulf Coast, TX
"Great strudy set of compact binocs. Carry them everywhere. I was a little dissappointed in the dust covers though. (The only reason for not getting five stars) They simply don't stay on. I have to put them back in the case for protection. The view is clear, never fogs, and I don't have to worry about rain, water or the occassional splash from my drink in the truck."

"I have had these binoculars for about 4 years now. For the price I don't think you can beat them. I spent hours looking through several different brands of binocs, and I determined that these were the best value. I have not been dissapointed."
