Because of its downlike, ultracompressible characteristics, the PrimaLoft® Sport insulation used in
our Backpacker Sleeping Bags provides the warmth needed for year-round camping, yet it is lightweight
and compressible and can easily be carried in your pack with plenty of room to spare for other necessary
gear. In fact, PrimaLoft is up to 42% more compressible than other synthetic insulations and it retains its
insulating properties even when wet. The shell is constructed of a tough but compressible layer of
lightweight 40-denier ripstop nylon, lined with a soft layer of nylon taffeta. Offset layer construction
prevents cold spots from forming at the seams. A full-length draft tube, collar tube and cinchable hood
seal in warmth. Bag also includes a heavy-duty, 3/4-length, No. 8 YKK® zipper with anti-snag
technology, a zippered valuables pocket and a compact compression stuff sack. Available in men's and
women's sizes.
