"This was very easy to do everything you need is in the kit and it looks great on the wall. I did one for myself and one for my father and he was very pleased with the way the mounts turned out, and of course I shot the bigger turkey. not that there is any competition in the family"

"I fall in line with everyone who says they received the turkey head with paint chips. However, they arent as noticeable as some of the other reviews seem to suggest. I did not send mine in as it will go on the wall and will not be visible. Overall, this is an extremely lifelike and well made kit. Would recommend highly. Had mine come in without chips, most definitely would have earned a 5!"

"Turkey mount kit was very easy to assemble and fan fit flush with mount. Would have given it a 5 star rating, but colors on head were too brilliant and unrealistic. Wife shadowed brilliant colors by stippling with a little flat black paint for a more realistic looking mount. Mounted easily to wall for a professional looking mount."

"The first kit I ordered, had paint damage. But I contacted cabelas and getting a replacement was no problem. The second one arrived promptly, and in good shape. It was easy to put together, but it is easier to have someone to hold it while you start the screws."

"In the add it said hand painted and it looks airbrushed and the paint(flakes off) comes off when simple touch of hand. Should have paint that sticks good to plastic.When the paint comes off all u see is yellow plastic. Not happy with that. Gonna have to try some model paint or something to fix it. Paint should not just flake off easy like that."

"The materials supplied would make a nice mount for the price paid. When the product arrived, the imitation turkey head did have some of the paint falling off and if handled was susceptible to more loss. Paint did not appear to adhear well enough to the foam head. I will have to do some paint touch up or send the product back for exchange."
