The Wrong Dimension,
July 19, 2009
By UNCLEHARLEY
from N.E. Indiana
|
"I was really excited to receive these decoys but upon opening the box the excitement was gone. The decoys are NOT 3d, they are printed on both sides of fabric with a spring wire frame. Kinda like putting a coat hanger inside a sock. The heads all flop around from no support inside them. If you're going to nail these up to a tree they'd work fine, but I doubt they'd fool a turkey out in the open."

great product,

"great photo image on these decoys. extremly light wieght and fast to set up. i used to use rubber 3d fold up decoys and didnt realize how much they actually wieghed until i put the montanas in to my pack instead. even though the 3d's were fold down they still took up alot of room, not the case with the montanas. you wont even relize there're in your pack until you pull them out. the metal stakes worked a heck of alot better than plastics ones that where with the 3d's."

"The decoys are very realistic and are very convenient to carry, pack, and set up. Only con I have are the stakes. They are heavy. I wished the stakes could have been made lighter. Overall, great product."

Decoys,

"The tom worked like a charm. It drew 2 gobblers from 250 yards in less than two minutes. The hens are OK, the upright is too light for an eastern hen, need to be more brown."

"great looking decoys, easy and fast to set up and take down. The only knock I have on them is the weight of the stakes get a little heavy when carrying three or four decoys. Overall very satisfied with product, will purchase more"

"These turkey decoys are so realistic. Sometimes if you look away and then for just an instant look back at them, they make you think a real turkey is in front of you. I would recommend these decoys to all turkey hunters."

Montana Turkey Flock,
May 15, 2007
By RoninTexas
from Central Texas
|
"Very easy to carry, and realistic enough to fool any old tom. The only trick is to learn how to fold them back up and they give the instructions on how to do this...it just takes a few minutes practice. A lot easier to use than the full body plastic/rubber style decoys."

Montana Decoys,
April 24, 2007
By SW62
|
"I purchased a set of the flock Montana Turkey Decoys. The Ohio youth season opend the weekend of March 21st. I took my 15 year old son. We had some birds gooble the first thing in the AM. We moved in on them, I sat the decoys up in seconds and they looked great not only to us but to the birds as well. I called in 5 Jakes and my Son took a 16 LB Double bearded bird. The Decoys are extremly light and lightning fast to set up. When the wind blows the decoys will rotate providing the srpread with the movement needed to pull in the birds. Nice Job !!!!!"
