Colors: Blue, Red, Olive Drab Green, Gloss Black, Matte Black, Threaded Matte Black, Threaded Matte Olive Drab Green.

"I love the way my barrel fit right up with only very minor cleaning of the reciver end coating. I bought the 16.5" fluted black matte and was stoked to feel how super light it is. I mated it with a Blackhawk Axiom and this gun is feather light, tight, and it shoots great. Plus its just super cool looking. The only minor thing is you have to keep up with is the theaded end protector, it will loosen up after a day of shooting."

"this barrel is every thing that I was looking for!!! It prefoms awsome under 1/2 inch groups at 50 yards and it looks awsome!! all together i have invested about 1000 dollars in my 10-22 and it was worth every penny. the barrel made it so much lighter and even gave it a cool new sound when shooting it. So insted of shoting at rabbits, shot um in the head!!! tactical solutions definatly was the solution for me!!"

"This is a great barrel.
It took a few rounds through it to "zero it" but what gun / gun barrel doesn't take a few rounds to zero it. It was easy to install on my new action (brand new gun) and new stock (BlackHawk Axiom).
My whole set up now (new stock, new barrel, reciever) weighs less than the old barrel alone.
Plus it looks great!!!"

"This is a nice light weight barrel, but people should know that it is not designed for use with Stingers and some other hyper-velocity ammo could cause problems as well. It is designed for normal high velocity ammo like mini-mags. The barrel requires some minor fitting to the reciever which can be done with fine sand paper. It makes for a very snug fit in the reciever which is good."

"This barrel seems to be slightly less accurate than my factory orig. Biggest problem is the chamber though, its so tight it shaves lead off the bullet when loading, then can't eject the rounds 5 of 10 times cause of shell expansion after firing. Poor desigh."

"The barrel installed with light sanding. it looked very nice in combination with the boyd's evolution stock. i tried match grade ammo and any other 22LR ammo i could find. I couldnt get the barrel to perform as advertised. i did not experience any jams or misfires with this barrel. I have since taken this barrel off and put the factory barrel back on. Factory barrel shoots much better and didnt cost me any extra money. now to figure out what i have to do to try and return this barrel for a refund or in store credit."

"Some minor sanding was required where the barrel fits into the receiver. This only tookk 5 minutes. I prefer a tight fit to a loose barrel. Extremely satisfied with the barrel and finish. "I have been a cabela's customer for years but this is my first review - I feel that the product justified my time in writing the review.
I recently updated my Ruger 10/22 with the blued/fluted/threaded heavy match barrel from Tactical Solutions. This barrel along with the Leupold scope I added turned my 10/22 into a tack driver. I had the rifle at the range for several hours and fired over 250 rounds - holds half inch or less groups easily at 50 yards and the barrel only heated slightly - much less heat than the factory barrel.
Shot pop can size targets out to 100 yards with no difficulty. Did not try to check group size at that range because I want my rifle to perform well in the 30 to 60 yard range.
This barrel performs as expected in this price range, which is a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for.
Highly recommended for those that don't mind spending the money for a great 22 rifle!"

"I fitted mine with only the lightest bit of sanding but after firing only a couple hundred rounds, I found that the liner was peened down at the breech, resulting in excess headspace and repeated misfires. Deadly accurate, but at this point completely useless. Others have had better luck but I'm very unimpressed with this one."

"I purchased this barrel with a Houge tan stock, my brother bought me the trigger kit for Christmas, so I figgured better finish upgrading the package! Couldn't be happier. Barrel is very easy to install, shoots awsome, and weighs nothing! Can't wait to use the threads on the barrel! Fit and finish are perfect. Stock is very handy and comfortable."

"I would think twice before purchasing one of these barrels. My friend and I bought these barrels for our 10/22's and could not believe their dismal performance. We tried every type of ammo on the market, including the high priced competition stuff, and neither of us could consistently get a group tighter than 2 1/2" at 50 yards. Even after switching to heavier stocks the barrels refused to even come close to producing the kind of accuracy the manufacturer promises (1/2" group at 50 yards). I believe this barrel is glitzy looking and very light on the gun, but when the shooting starts, they can't touch a good decent quality steel bull barrel. I'm sending mine back for a refund."
"Absolutey great pruduct. Received my Tactical Solutions, Matte Black, threaded Ruger 10/22 barrel yesterday afternoon. Installed it this morning, a total of ten minutes labor start to finish. Went out on the range to rezero my scope. Man what a tack driver. Extremely impressed. Well worth every cent I payed for it. Very happy shooter."
