Problem with the use of the Mec funnel,

"The funnel works great, it fills both shot and powder bottles on the Mec Sizemaster, as the press comes to you.
The problem accures when you install the bottle support kit that Mec sells.
The support kit holds the shorter powder bottle too close to the taller shot bottle, this prevents you from sliding the funnel over the top of the powder bottle. You can still use it to fill the taller shot bottle but you will have to use a regular funnel to fill the powder bottle.
This defeats the purpose of having only one funnel on my shotshell reloading bench."

"Works great, however if you use 1 taller bottle for powder, or a powder "fluffer" (for lack of a better term), you cant get it on the shot bottle to good. Other then that, its a good product."

"This product is an excellent addition to the reloading bench. The only negative that I have is that the cutout for the adjacent bottle is too shallow. I had to cut it deeper in order for it to fit down on the powder bottle with the shot bottle in place. This needs to be fixed at the factory. Overall though, a good product."

"Although the funnel works as advertized and I will continue to use it as it has a larger than normal mouth the one thing I wish Mec would do is to make the funnel taller so I don't have to be so careful as not to dump to much shot at once. I like the way it works with the 700x powder though. Maybe come out with a taller one for use with shot? Just my 2cent"

"The MEC funnel works very well on a MEC Sizemaster with the tall shot bottle. However, I had to modify it (cut out part of the funnel) to be able to use it with the shorter powder bottle. The cut out area as supplied by the factory will not allow the funnel to be used for powder. It would work fine with two bottles of equal height."

"I have been reloading for years, and used a regular funnel. It worked, but was awkward and lookout if you dropped it. Shot or powder all over the floor!!
The MEC EZ Fill funnel takes all of the worry out of refilling your shot and powder bottles. It's easy to use, and fits over the bottle snugly, so you never have to worry about spilling. Great little invention. If you reload, you need one or two.
Make your life easier - I highly recommend it."

"Fits bottles perfectly and doesn't flop around like the little plastic funnels usually used. Will NOT fall over and spill. Could stand to be just a bit deeper in the funnel area. Just take it reasonably slow."
