Did not quite fit,March 27, 2009

"Did not quite fit my S&W 500 8 3/8. It should have fit, but I had to file a bit off to get it to fit into the retaining groove of my gun.
Once I figured it out, and monkeyed around a bit, it went in and works.
Now I down't have a blacked out post, but a green one (assuming there is enough lambient light about)."

"I lost my original sight on my 460 S&W Mag on a hunting trip and thought i would have to order another one direct from the factory. I seen these Hi-Viz sights in the bargain cave, read the info and reviews and figured that this sight would work. Sure enough, it fit like the original one and snapped right in. Great product and im sure i will order a few extras just in case it happens again."
