Good pouch even for skeet,July 3, 2008

"I've had this pouch for 3 months now and really enjoy using to shoot skeet. I like the compact size and stiffness of the leather. My only complaint is the inner pocket is a little narrow. I can fit about 12 fired 12ga shells in there and then put the rest beside the box of loaded shells. Next version could have a slight smaller main compartment and bigger inner one."

"This pouch is great to use if you are going out hunting for the day. There is a great amount of storage space and is light to carry around your waist. I used it for storing shots, snacks, game calls, field dressing gloves, pocket knife and my registration information. I highly reccomend this product to anyone that doesn't want to carry around a bulky bag out in the bush."

"The leather is thick and high quality. The back pouch is too small for much of anything. It is quite large. It measures 7" wide x 6" high x 4" deep. The main pouch is bigger than I expected (or wanted). I wanted it to hold a single box of shotgun shells in their box. It could hold two boxes if you took them out of the boxes. I like the matching belt. I have a 38" waist and got a large. I had to have extra holes put in it to fit (better too big than too small). Overall it's a nice pouch and a good value with the belt. There's not much else like it that I could find after looking extensively on the web. I recommend it if you don't mind the large size."

"Inside portion of divided pouch is useless for carring loaded shells or empty hulls - too narrow. I use a mesh bag clipped to my belt to carry empties so this feature is not that important. The leather used in the pouch and belt is thick and has an attractive finish. Nice looking!"
