"This product does help with target aquisition. However the green plastic "pipe" does slip out of the holder. I had to push it back in and press very hard with a coin to keep it in place. Am considering a small drop of cement to secure it in place."

RED SITE FOR REM 870,

"It was easy to install.... but, it has no HiVis at all! I bought the green and the red one and i wanted to use the red one but it was like looking at a dark maroon dot. The green one on the other hand works VERY well and thats what i have on my Rem 870 super mag now. I've already taken some birds with it and its great!"

"My problem with this sight was a combination of misunderstanding on my part and the way the sight is made.After installing the sight the way the instructions told to do it, I procceded to try the gun. On the fifth shot the front sight went on a voyage of it's own never more to be found.I found out later that the sight is not recomended for my gun because of the odd ball width of the rib. I recomend that Cabela's customer service be asked before you order."

"Very small, unobtrusive fiber optic sight. Looks like it came factory on my Franchi 48AL. One big problem, though. Of all the different size screws provided, the biggest one wasn't big enough. Had to glue it on. Other than that I like it so far."

"very bright. low profile. i did use loc-tite on the screw just for added security. i also have the beartooth neoprene gun chaps on my browning gold and the barrel sleeve does not interfere with this sight."

"I have used these a number of times now and am quite pleased. They are very supple and flexible, as well as comfortable and provide great grip. One seam is already coming apart a bit by one thumb, but this seems to be a problem spot for lots of gloves. I've used these for hunting and for clays, and they remain nice even if you get them wet. For the price, they're awesome."
