"I ignored the reviews by others and paid the price. The paint came off before I made the first cast. If you do purchase this item, I suggest the purchase of the unpainted ones as you will need to repaint them anyway."

"jig head paint cracked and chipped off immediately when I attempted to pierce the eye for tying. I would not recommend any walleye fisherman buy these jigs."

Wobble Jigs - Poor Quality,June 30, 2008

"Ive purchased these jigs for several years. However, in the last two years the quality has DEFINATELY gone down! This year I purchased several colors of 1/8 oz. Wobble Jigs prior to leaving for my annual Canadian fishing trip. (36th year with same 4 guys). Unfortunately, often after catching a walleye or bouncing into rocks, the paint came off the jigs and the hooks came loose and "swiveled." I will not be purchasing these for our 2009 trip."

Hot jigs for hot walleyes,April 1, 2007

"There are a lot of jigs out there but if I could take only one, I would take the Wobble Jig for walleye fishing. This jig walks the bottom with virtually no snags or hook ups due to the hook positioned upwards and the plate on the bottom keeping it from dragging sideways like most others. I have caught many walleyes on this jig, not to mention other fish at or near the bottom. You can use it while still fishing and also drift fishing at just about any speeds because of the variable sizes that are offered. My first experience was from a fishing partner on opening weekend. We outfished all others because of it. It has proved to be a staple in the tackle box. Even when it seems like it is going to be a dead day, it catches them. There are so many colors and sizes to choose from. The Wobble Jig is A #1 in my book."
