"I purchased 2 ram mounts for a 112c and an HDS10, I was in 3 to 4 foots and the mounts would not holder the units upright.
Not bad for normal water but not made for rough water."

"Great product. I can position the sonar to be viewed from just about anywhere on the boat. Vary stable and secure. Easy to install and adjust. And as with anything unique....it carries a high price. But this product may actually be worth it."

"The GPS unite will not lock in on the satellites when using the GPS adapter plate. The LGC-3000 antenna is too close to the unite and causes interference problems."

"It would have been impossible to mount my new graph without it. I have a ranger reata fish-n-ski and with the windshield so close to the dash it would not mount with the lowrance factory mount. This is a top quality product that I will purchase in the future when needed"

"Not bad but antenna will fall when moving. May be better with a 4' antenna. Nicest feature is that your antenna will lay flatter along the boat sides making it easier to secure."

RAM Sonar Screen Mount,

"Unfortunately the dash on my boat was not large enought to accomodate this mount for the Lowrance LCX 38 HD. I liked the design but it placed the screen too high to be used on my boat and I had to return it. The boat owner should be aware of the space available on the cockpit to determine if the mount can be used."

"Just ordered my second RAM original mount for another new Humminbird Sonar / GPS Unit. As someone else stated here YES, these are a tad overpriced (from the manufacturer, not from Cabelas,) but the fact of the matter is this is really a well made quality item and is the ideal way to mount your electronic devices. Why spend $500 or $1000 or even $2000 or more for a good Sonar / GPS system and then put it on some cheesy mount? These are the best mounting options you can find, offer so much versatility with regard to simple easy adjustment and quite frankly, I am just darn glad they are available. This is the mount of choice for all professional tournament fishermen and ladies and amateur's alike who appreciate a good solid quality item. Buy it without regrets because after you install one and use it, you won't ever have any (regrets.)"

"I recently purchased one of these mounts for my gps. It works perfectly. I used it to mount it on my console. It helps to have your gps up higher on the console so you can see both the lake and gps at the same time. This product helps you do both. It held my electronics rock solid. It also helps to be able to swivel your electronics so you can see them in the front of the boat."

"The adapter plate for a GPS antenna doesn't work with lowrance products. The GPS external antenna is recommended to be 3 feet from the unit. The satelites are weak and sometimes don't pick up with both mounted on unit. Beware, do your research, call lowrance."
