Does Not Work,

"This gadget is only good if you bought it for the little flashlight that is attached. It does not get rid of mosquitos. Actually had some land right on it when it was on and emitting the sound that was supposed to annoy the little creatures."

"I arrived at my camp site ready to fend of biting mosquitos with my new mosquito annoyer. As I was raking the site holding my sonic killer in my left hand. I then noticed a flying blood bag land on the back of my left hand. It was obvious he had not seen the atomic bug buster I was holding, So using my right hand I held my new death box directly over its head with the speaker just a quarter inch away. I fully expected the insect to fly away in total fear of its life. Instead it preceeded to insert its needle and draw a healthy dinner. So I smashed it with my new Mosquito annoyer. Now renamed mosquito smasher! Used this way it has a 98% kill rate.
Oh well keep trying, Ill keep testing."

"Well I have been getting heavily bitten by skeeters at my lake every sundown, they just seem to laugh off the deet sprays I soak my clothes in. I was desperate and tried this gizmo and to my utter surprise it worked perfectly. Not one bite. After reading reviews I had serious doubts, sorry now I waited so long. I asked the other anglers tonight if the skeeters were out and they all stated yes, in droves."

"I hunt in the deep swamps of Central Florida and would give anything to try and reduce the smell of bug sprays or repellants. I was hoping this unit would be the answer to any hunters prayers, but it fell thru fast. It has NO effect on mosquitos at all. I held the unit 5" from a biting mosquito with no results. I got bit both ways, by the mosquitos and this unit!"

"this product did not seem to work at all I live on Marylands eastern shore and I am always looking for products to deter
mosquitos.
while in my garden useing this product I started to get a number of moquitos on my arms and legs I un-clicked the annoyer and held right next to a few of the little pest they were not afected at all. I was the only thing annoyed by this product."

Got Mosquitos??,

"I recently purchased a Mosquito Annoyer in hopes that I could find a deet free method of repelling mosquitos. Well, I'm still searching. On my first 3 fishing outings after I got it I went without putting bug spray on, and after 5 minutes on the stream all 3 times, I was digging out the bug spray. If it repelled any mosquitos, you couldn't prove it by me. Got mosquitos??....get some bug spray."

"I am sorry to see Cabelas carry this as I have tried it (purchased from another store) and it is utterly worthless. It does not repel mosquitos, but the audible high pitched whine was annoying to other humans and the ringing stayed with me long after I turned it off. I performed a number of tests in a mosquito-filled areas of the central Sierra Nevadas and it never worked."
