Customer Product Reviews
A revolutionary line for Skagit-style spey casting, requiring a line with a short, heavy head to propel heavy sink tips and big flies long distances with a short casting stroke. When choosing the length, keep in mind that the total head length of the line, including the sink tip, should be no more than 3 to 3-1/2 times the length of your rod. To adjust for rod length and loading, simply add a 2-1/2-ft., 5-ft. or 7-1/2-ft. Skagit Cheater to achieve the desired load and length. 15-ft. sink tips may be used to achieve the desired depth. 120 ft.
