This hat's body is rabbit and hare fur with a teardrop-style, pinch front crown. The eye-catching headband is genuine leather with wax cord stitching and antiqued brass stud detail. Inside is a new comfort fit sweatband made of leather with a comfortable poly/cotton facing and new Stetson Gun Club satin lining. Made in USA, just as Stetson has been doing since 1865.

"My wife and I were at Cabela's Dundee MI. I tried this hat on and she love it and bought it for me as a wedding present. The front brim can be worn "bold" (down) for the clubhouse or flipped-up Kid Rock style. The latter is handy for the traditional bow shooter since the brim will not interfere with the bow string. Looks wonderful."

"This is a very cool hat. Some people have complained about the brim curling up. I guess that is how it's shaped at the factory. But the brim can be reshaped almost anyway you like by using steam just like any other fur felt hats. When I buy a new hat, I spend hours trying to perfect the shape of the brim with steam from a kettle. Once it is in the shape I like, it doesn't get out of shape very easily even in the rain and wind. The hat is stiff enough to hold its shape, but soft enough to fit my head. Coming from Japan, I use centimeters instead of inches, and I found that you want to subtract one centimeter from your actual head circumferance when you choose the right size. It is one centimeter too big. (58cm is supposed to be 7-1/4). Inch scale seems to be accurate. I have seen both walnut and sage colors with my own eyes. Walnut seems accurate on the screen. It is a nice dark brown. Sage looks almost grey on the screen, but in person it looks like brown/green. I might call it brownish moss. I like the color personally."

"I really like this hat. Everyone that see's it complements it. The narrower brim allows me to drive and not get tangled on the head rest of the seat. I am a Transplant Recipient and my medications require me to wear sun block and hats to prevent skin cancers. This hat helps provide that protection.
