"This mount is poorly designed. You can't swivel the GPS side to side so you can't see the screen very well unless the mount is directly in front of you."

"This unit has a mounting bracket which does not hold on my dashboard, this should be pointed out in the merchandize. I will keep it in the chance that I get a different car."

"The window mount holds the unit very secure but it is hard to take the unit out of the holder. Sometimes I fear that I almost broke the holder trying to get the GPS out. It would have been nice if the mount would have swiveled from side to side, otherwise you have to mount the unit where it is very hard to read or blocks your vision of the road. I've purchased the holder to mount the unit on my vehicle's window and also my boats window above my console. It is handy but it can use some refinements."
