"Its really easy to set up, pretty much pug and play. The first time I used it was at night, turned it on and fish all over the screen, told myself it cant be possible, I than turned down the gain, until I saw just a ball of fish about 20 ft under the boat with some specs just below the boat, I than looked over the side and saw a bunch of fish, the Garmin raelly works well at an affordable price. The only downfall is that it doesnt store some of the currentg settings, like gain, and depth. It must be able to, but if not that's ok because the unit is so esay to operate."

"What do you need it to do? Already have GPS? Already have VHF Radio? Need a reliable depth finder that will hook you on fishing?
