"Although they have only been on the guns for a month or so, they fit nicely over all of them, even my 22250 with a tripod and large scope. They do have tabs at the end for identifying the gun. Great product so far, would give 5 stars but would like to verify that they prevent rust over the long term."

"It seemed that just about every time I took one of my firearms from the safe it would end up with a little "kiss" from either another gun or the bottom lip of the safe. Purchasing the gun socks not only eliminated this problem but have also protected my guns from moisture. Small investment to make for the protection provided."

"Works very well for shotguns and un-scoped rifles. Okay for small rifles (.22's) with scope. Would be hard to stretch over a large scope. Great for protecing your guns in a gun cabinet."

"A "must have" if you have a safe full of long guns. Prevents all those inevitable little nicks and bumps as you move guns around. I put a little tag on each one so that I can identify which SxS shotgun is which, without unwrapping each gun."

"This product is everything that I was hoping it to be. I needed something to keep my guns protected from dust and moisture without going to the exspence of large cases or safes. I was totally suprised when they arrived. The quality of the product was far greater for the price that I paid than I had expected. "the picture is of a sack-up gun sock, not the knit allen sock with a plasticky texture and the cabelas name printed on it in bright yellow lettering that they are actually selling. i was very dissapointed with this product, but cabelas excellent customer service allowed me to return them free of charge when i explained my dissatisfaction. while the product gets one star from me, i'd give their customer service 4 and a half stars."

"The product is the best innovation in gun care and handling that has ever come on the market. Cabela's service is second to none . I ordered a package of the gun socks and decided that evening I needed an additional package but when I called customer service to have another added to my order it was too late as my original order had shipped two hours after I placed it. Now...that is service. I gladly paid the additional shipping charges to receive that kind of service"

"If you buy them in the bulk pack as I did they are a very good value when compared to other outlets. They do the job they are intended for, if they were just a tad thicker I would have given them 5 stars. But I would recommend them to anyone I know to use in their gun safes as I do, or even to keep a gun clean and rust free in a hard case for long periods of time.
