"with the paint coming off my boat where the boat hits the bow roller I was looking for something to protect it and found the bowgaurd does a wonderful job and is very simple to install. I would have given it a 5 star rating but I do not know how long the adhesive will last."

"Once installed the Bow Guard will do its job rather nicely. The issue is installing the darn thing. Having to form the flat plate around the bow (my boat has a soild ridge) is difficult so you need to be an expert in metal fabrication. I found my self using a rubber malet and several different shapes of wood blocks to pound the thing into shape."
