"very comfortable boat shoe with an especially good deck sole. I wear them fishing the 10,000 islands on a flats boat, and they don't slip on the casting deck or poling platform. Best shoe I've found for this purpose and a good casual shoe as well."

"These were ordered as a "guess I'll give 'em a try." Size seemed true; leather was exceptionally soft, and the leather strings "Untied" hourly for the first couple of days as with most 'boat shoes'. I don't boat, but I'd wear these if I did."

"When I first received the Boat Shoes I was a little disappointed with the overall shape of the shoe. But, with a few days wear they conformed to the shape of my foot and already look great. Very comfortable and break-in immediately. If they wear out I'll be back for more."

"My husband has wide feet. He loves the boat shoe style and has enjoyed this shoe. He likes the comfort of the shoe. I think it did not hold up as well as some other shoes but he does wear them everyday. The wide part, I think if you had the shoe in a 4E it would hold up longer and he would be happier. A little wider and the shoe would be excellent. Men with wide feet have a terrible time finding shoes. He is on his second pair."

"I couldn't believe it when I saw these shoes in your catalog as a new item. I purchased this style of shoe which are an exact duplicate of construction except the color of the sole, from a competitor a couple of years ago. They are the most comfortable boat shoe for the money, that I have found. I wore a hole in the sole and tried to replace them but alas the other company has discontinued this style. I know because I had them search the country looking for another pair of these for me. I will be buying a second pair from Cabela's soon so that this doesn't happen again.
