"I needed to hang two 10' kayaks, (Old Towne, Vapor). Hung the straps about 3.5 feet apart. Takes two people to hang up a Kayak, but they are out of the way for a very reasonable price."

"There's nothing quite as effective as a simple design and that's just what this is. There's nothing to go wrong. I have a 14' tandem and 11' single hanging on the wall.
My only gripe is that it is difficult for me to put the kayak up or down by myself. I have to rest the bow on something and put the stern into the loop and then I can slip the front loop over the bow."

"I did quite a bit of research trying to some up with a decent hanging system for my two kayaks. Even considered building my own pulley and rope system, but when you factor in the time and the expense....forget about it! This system is SIMPLE and cheap and it works. What more can I say?"

"This product is exactly as advertised. It was easy to hang at the height we needed, and allows us to store both of our kayaks along the garage wall without taking up much space. My husband can get a kayak up by himself by making a loop in one end, lifting the kayak and putting the strap around the other end. I am a woman, and although I can do the same, it is more difficult. Two of us can load the kayaks very easily. We also purchased the cabelas carts for taking the kayaks across the street to the lake, and we love those, too!"

"I am pleased with the product. After looking at it, I really could have used some strapping and a few S hooks. It looks neat and does the job of getting the boats up and on their sides for storage. The hooks/clasps are plastic and probably won't take much abuse. It is worth the price, but I made another one out of 3/8 rope, pulleys and a couple of cleats and am just as happy with it."

"I was a little skeptical this would hold under a heavy load, but I store my Wilderness Systems Tsunami 145 and Old Town Dirigo 120 in it with no problem at all. Relatively easy to "load" your yak, just close one loop, slide bow through, raise yak level, buckle the other loop."
