"I have used the Tasco FRP compact binoculars several times since I received them. I have never used any binoculars before buying the Tasco I have some trouble adjusting them for the distance, but once set, extremely good and able to see clearly. Price was excellent for this product."

Affordable veiw,
January 31, 2008
By Jayboy671

"These very affordable binoculars surpassed me expectations for its price. The first time I used them was out in the woods hunting deer. I was using a 30-30 /w open sight and it was a buck only day. I saw one about 150 yrds away behind a tree, but couldn't tell if it was a buck or doe. When I picked up the binocular, I saw a huge buck behind the deer I was looking at. I waited for the pefect broadside shot and finally got it. 150yrds away stood my families dinner for the week. I couldn't eleive how clear the sights would be. I use it too find squirells now. It is the best thing I have invested in."

Tasco binoculars.,
January 28, 2008
By Maclean
from Tennessee
|
"Really a good quality set of glasses for the price. Probably not something I'd take on an elk hunt for viewing at long distances but our local deer hunting conditions call for average shots of roughly 40 to 60 yards. At those distances, these would be fine. For basic bird watching they're really nice - good clarity and lightweight enough to carry while hiking without adding too much unwanted bulk. Not too crazy about the vinyl carrying case but it's servicable and it's easy enough to find a replacement case."

Not Junk...far from it,

By optichawk

"These little binoculars do the job for the price. Not sure you want to spend $20 or less and expect to scout your dream buck but a great spare pair to throw in a pocket or glovebox. I know Bushnell is the company behind Tasco these days and they turn out some excellent products at all price levels."
