"Hats off to Cabela's for fantastic Customer Service on this one. I had purchased this item for my son (Dominic) who had just harvested his first deer with a bow, a nice 6 point buck on his first year out archery hunting. His 15th birthday was just coming up and I purchased the frame for a gift. The frame arrived with a Chip out of the one side. and his birthday was just days away. I explained this to Cabela's Customer service and they rushed a new one out before his birthday. The second one arrived fine. This is a delicate product to have shipped but Cabela's Stepped up to solve the situation. Thanks."
