"I needed comfortable shoes around the office and these are great. Can't comment on how they'd be if you're on your feet all day. But, I do have to make frequent trips across the office campus and they are very good walking shoes. Plus, they are Made in the USA!!!"

"I recently purchased the New Balance Postal shoe, having many years of experience with New Balance I thought it would be a good experience. I am on my feet for 10 hours a day and at the end of the day I felt a severe drag on my legs and my feet were sore. After giving them appropriate try out I had no choice but to send them back."

"I bought this shoe to wear daily as a retail sales person in a store with hard concrete floors. I am overweight and have higher than normal arches. I have had heel spur problems with other shoes.
I liked it as it came, but replaced the insole to get higher arch suport and more cushioning. I really, really like the combination.
The combination is the best I have found for my personal use and seems to be holding up remarkably well!
I am about to buy another pair myself, and have recommended this shoe to several of my work associates.
I would rate this five stars if I didn't have to addapt it a bit for my personal "best fit"."

But after standing in them for several hours, my calves and heels were very sore. Even after several weeks, the soreness continued, and I was forced to retire them to the junk pile."

"I am a very active 64 year old man who has flat feet, wears orthontics in my shoes, and is subject to plantar facilitis. I have worn New Balance shoes on the recommendation of my foot doctor for the last several years and am quite pleased with the results. New Balance shoes, in general have treated me very well....with a great fit and a gool looking, long lasting shoe. This is my first pair of the Postal Shoes and I am delighted with them. They are well made, comfortable for all day on my feet....and I have no foot pain. Try these, you'll love them.

"A well constructed shoe made in the USA. Sizing is accurate. I've had to buy a half or full size larger when buying NB shoes made in China. Overall a comfortable shoe that comes with laces of the correct length. I expected a bit more padding for a "Postal" shoe, but you can always add inserts to your liking. I would buy this shoe again and would like to see it in a dark brown as well."
