"Ehh. Not as good as I expected. Ordered green got camo - not a big enough issue to return over. "O" ring seal is inadequate - too much humid air still gets inside. I have to dry out my Silica can too often.
Plenty of room for enough ammo, cleaning stuff & supplies for a day at the range. Lift out tray very handy, as is the top cover compartment."

"This box went a full year in the duck blind. Everything was perfectly dry and rust free. That included 8 boxes of shells, tie wire, cutters, choke tubes and some rings. The only thing "wet" was the flask of whiskey!
The box endured LOTS of Oregon rain, a couple of days of 80 mph winds and what ever else mother nature wanted to throw at it. I'm back to buy another."

"This is a nice box. It just did not really work for me. The sides are slanted a little much and so it is difficult to store things without alot of wasted space.
The top tray is good, but I wish it were a little deeper. the access space on top of the box would be a nice touch to get to some things without opening the box. Note I said a nice touch - it is almost too small to be useful for anything.
I ended up giving it to my son. he is using it to keep his gun cleaning chemicals and some ammo materials."

"It is a great product with enough space to store all my ammo boxes and some of my camping supplies. With the ''O-Ring'' I can rest assure my stash are safe from water or humidity. It is also lockable so I'm not scared for the children to open it and play with ammo. All my friends though it was expensive but for the price I paid (very low) it is a great all-purpose box.
Go get yours !"

"This box is great. It is truly water proof. The box holds plenty of shells for an afternoon. If you shoot 12 Ga 3 1/2 you can put 3 boxes in the large compartment (If you use the plastic boxes you have to put them on their side) and still have room for snacks. The top tray will hold a couple of fast access goose shells, a small light, whatever and the side compartment is great for choke tubes, whatever (not water proof in the small compartment).
When I say water proof, I mean proof. I have floated this box, knocked on its side in a canoe with 4 inches of water while hunting ducks, stood out in 40 mile an hour wints with rain and sleet, the stuff in the box is dry.
I'm now on my 5th season and I think toward the end of last year it seaped juste a little but hey, nothing lasts forever."

"Was looking for a container that can hold plenty of powder, bullets and other reloading supplies. This box is the largest of it's type made by plano. It has a good divider(x2), allowing good seperation of products. Rubber "O"-ring keeps everything dry. I looked at other products and nothing compares for the price and size. I just wish it was a little bigger as it tapers toward the base. Otherwise, I would recommend this product to anyone."

"The Plano Magnum Field box works like a champ. It carries enough shells to get you through a day, has a nifty top compartment where you can store chokes, tools and whatever you need. The rubber gasket around the lid keeps everything watertight and the handle has a great ergonomic feel making it easy to carry."

"I have used this box for 3 years now. I am able to put all of my range equipment into this box. The main compartment is roomy and the lid has a small compartment that will hold all my cleaning jags, brushes, patches, etc.,. It's a great box."
