convenient dog lead,November 2, 2009
By Jack39from Central OH
"Very convenient length for control of dog in crowds, or for connecting to belt in case you need 2 hands for something. Only downside is material is a little rough on your hands if the dog pulls a lot."

Exactly What I was looking for...,May 18, 2009
By duckmanIIIfrom Johnson City, TN
"Very well designed and quality construction. The belt connector allows for hands free handling and the loop at the "business end" gives you a good grip. The quick release will get your dog on the mark quickly without letting him break. Especially nice for my young and eager hound."

Excellent Belt Loop Dog Lead,April 20, 2008
By choclab2004from Folsom, CA
"I train retrievers part time, and use these leads extensively for young dogs on zip chain collars. It is just the right length to ensure good control of the dogs and still have enough length to allow them to make mistakes. They also come in very handy for dogs that are not steady yet in the duck blinds. The two different attachment ends allow for flexibility with attaching to stakes, tank bars, etc in the dog blinds so the dogs stay safe when shooting. I have worn out two of these already for my own dogs in four years. The stitching has held up very well, and the quality is high."

Great lead when you want close control,March 18, 2008
By Dreamwatersfrom Nova Scotia, Canada
"I bought this after a few years of trying to clip my longer leash onto a caribener on my belt. I use this leash for hunting only - it's too short for walking the dog if she wants to sniff, wander etc... However, if your dog, like mine, does not stay at heel forever without "reminders" this is a great and convenient product when you want to be sure that she is safe by your side like when heading back towards the car near roads/highways, when you see some deer or other hunters and don't want her straying. Unlike a longer leash, it doesn't get tangled in cover because it's so short. Very solid and useful product at a good price."

Belt Loop Dog Lead,February 1, 2008
By ijohnfrom Central Alabama
"My initital impression was that it was a good product. I take my lab quail hunting with me to retrive and occasionally to flush reluctant flyers. He gets quite excited when the bird dogs point and will not honor a point. I keep him on a lead until it is time for him to do his thing. The belt loop lead seemed just the thing, but diring the first hunt he lost the lead. The collar connection is not rugid enough."

Awesome training leash,November 27, 2006
By Cody10from Central Maine
"I use this leash every time i go duck hunting and even just for walks. it is great because it is hands free (i can keep the dog at my side without having to hold on to a leash). I used it all the time i was training my dog and it teaches her to stay at the heel position. the length is perfect also , the dog can't get more than a couple feet from you, but gives them just enough freedom to be comfortable. I would not train another hunting dog without one !!!!!!! To top it all off it comes in a variety of camo patterns!!!"
