"This scope is great for the money. I have it on a Marlin .22 mag its perfect! Good clarity even at night. Varmints dont have a chance, not sure if i would have it on a larger caliber though?"

"I can not yet attest to the durability of this scope, but after one day at the range I can say I definately like it. The long eye relief gives me confidence I never had before. No more worrying about the scope hitting my eye brow. Clarity is great focus right in with end ring and target was crystal clear. The eye relief basically made shooting my .308 like shooting a .22 caliber. Just lay the gun on a good rest squeeze the trigger and don't worry. I was touching 2 out of 3 bullet holes at 100 yards. If this scope last during next weeks snowy cold deer season I will definately put one on my other gun !!!"

"I bought this to use in .22 target competition shooting. Sight picture's not bad, a little distorted on the edges. You have to get your eye in just the right spot to see the target, critical eye relief. My biggest complaint is that even with the adjustable objective you can't dial out the parallax at any distance. This one has almost an inch at 25 yards, which makes punching paper accurately quite difficult. I had this for a week and decided to pony up the money for a much better scope in the $400 price range, and I'm glad I did. I'm sure we all already know that you get what you pay for. I suppose for a scope that cost about $125 it ain't that bad. I haven't had it too long, so I don't know how it will hold up."

"I recently purchased this scope to put on my new Genesis Muzzleloader. It is a good match. No fogging and a crisp view. A word of caution, when mounted on the Genesis, the powder blast leaves residue on the bottom of the scope, from the Torchcam. Easily avoidable with a piece of scotch tape."

"I am a leupold man myself, but since I put my first Simmons ProSport 3X9X50 on my blackpowder rifle I may never go back. I just couldn't see paying 300+ dollars for a scope with such a limited blackpowder season. It does everything it say it does and allows me to see my game in that critical last 30 minutes. I would have given it a 5 star rating but it comes with a basic scope cover and not the flip top covers I am a custom too."
