"when I saw the picture of the Coupler-Mate Hitch Alinger in the Cabela's Cataloge I thought to myself that is what I need because I would not have to get in and out of the truck two or three times to try to aline my boat trailer to the hitch or any other trailer I was very impressed thank you"

"The idea of this product is excellent. I cannot see the hitch or ball on the truck. It gives a great visual reference. However, the magnets are not secured. I lost one on the third or fourth use. If they could find a way to hold the magnets in they would be great."

"Hooking boat trailer up to 5th wheel trailer use to be quite a challenge. We can pull two trailers with pickup here in Idaho. Oregon should get with the program. Couple-Mate Hitch Aligner works like a charm."

"I mounted this clever device on my car hitch and backed up to my boat trailer. It worked fairly well, locating the trailer hitch over the ball. The only downside was that the hitch aide moved under the impact. Not a great problem. However, it is tough getting the device tight enough to withstand the bangs and blows as it guides the hiching process It probably could be eaasily fixed with a split ring between it and the hitch base..."

"Easy to install and works as discribed to alaign trailers to ball. It does fit too close to the ball for my 14 ft flat bed trailer. Front lip on heavy duty tongue hits hitch mate. Will have to grind off about an 1/8 in off of lip. Works fine on my 3 boat trailers."

"I thought this was a great idea and anxiously awaited it arriving. Well made, heavy duty put it on my vehicle immediatly. When I tried to hook up the boat I found the front lip of the coupler would not clear the device and the coupler could not go down on the ball. The design needs to be re-worked to allow more clearance. Short of grinding off the front lip of all my trailer couplers I hope you can resolve this flaw. I was going to buy several more but have changed my mind. If no solution I will return for a refund."

"The Couple-Mate Hitch Aligner has really improved the ease of hook up my trailer. I don't have to back up, get out and check how close I am then get back in the vehicle and back up more, or pull forward to get in line. If you have the trailer tongue at the right height, it helps keep from bending your bumper or license plate."

"There is a critical dimension on the package for this product that if included on your website description would have saved me the trouble of ordering the product and you the trouble of having it shipped back to you.
That dimension was the distance from center of my hitch ball to my car bumper. I had less than the required clearance and could not fit the Aligner into position.
