"I looked at all the differant brands of binos, for a long long time, but I could'nt decide which ones to buy, the Euro's or the Meostar's. Then one day my wife came to me and gave me a $30.00 rebate cert. and said go get yourself a pair of binoculars, she didn't specify which ones, so I went for the Swarovski SLC 10x42's, they were on sale, plus free shipping, plus my $30.00 rebate, what a deal. This week I went elk hunting for five days, I compared them to my old bino's and a couple hunting buddies bino's and what a difference! They are fantastic! Needless to say, my SLC's and I are now one!! My wonderful wife is kind of upset that I'm sleeping with them around my neck! P.S. Just a little tip for those who probably don't know what to use for a harness to keep your bino's securely against your chest, so they don't bounce or drag the ground when belly crawling after the big one. Order an elastic chest wader belt, adjust to size and you can pull it up onto bino's or down off of them. They work great! Enjoy The Hunt! NMDODGEMAN"

"Great design. Extremely clear optics especially at twilight. I like the heavier weight of the SLCs because it is easier to hold them steady during extended glassing sessions. "LOVE< LOVE< LOVE. Didn't know if the binocs were worth the money for a top of the line product. Even had buyers remorse for about a week until I was looking out back at our soybean field and pond at 9:45 pm and couldn't see any deer. Grabbed the regretted binocs and picked out 8 deer feeding 300 yds away and could even tell 2 were bucks. Loved them ever since. The clarity is remarkable and the low light visibility blows all of my cheapy Nikons to shame. The housing is easy to grip and hold and love the front lens covers. If your up in the air as to whether or not you want to spend the money on a good set of binocs, don't hesitate and get the Swars"

"I spent 4 months searching around for binoculars, then I got to use a pair of my uncles Swarovski. So I already knew what an amazing pair could do, then I stopped by some local sporting good stores and tried out some other brands. Within 15 minutes of looking at pairs from 100 to 500 dollars I already knew I was going to get the Swarovski.
Most reviews you read people start off with 100-300 dollar pair, and move up the chain, before you you know it you spent 2 to 3 times the amount of a really good pair of binoculars. I'm very happy with the SLC's and I been telling all my friends who are looking for new pair of binoculars, go to cabelas, buy swarovski, with their current promo you can't beat this deal.
Had an amazing spring turkey season this year, can't wait for bow season, and my trip out west to Montana, then back to ny for shotgun/rifle. No matter what season it is, I'm always brining my Swarovski's with me. You just can't beat their low light optics, just amazing!
Plus you'll never beat cabelas customer service!"

"I saved Cabelas points, gift certificates, and cash and finally checked these out and compared them with the other top brands. The light weight, performance and crystal clear view were well worth the wait. I have owned a lot of lesser priced binocs before buying these and always had something that couldn't take the demands of elk hunting. I've had these out hiking in severe conditions, and no problems. The real test will be this fall. These are no nonsense quality optics. And the 60th anniversary sale was a bonus, saved $200."

"First took these out side by side with my Steiner's and while I thought they were nice, wasn't sure they were worth the price difference. Took them out at dusk the next evening and saw things that I couldn't see with eyes only. Unbelievable. I could see nothing through the Steiners at that time, but the Swarovski's showed me everything. More than worth the extra bucks!"

"It's hard to tell inside a store how different brands compare. These really shine when you're out in the field early or late in the day and you're trying to make something out. The ability to see into the shadows with these glasses is phenomenal. If something happened to my Swarovski's I would replace them tomorrow."
"I've lusted after these for several years, and wish I'd bought them before prices got so high. It's a tough decision - to get maybe 20% better viewing and have to pay over 100% more, but it was (finally) worth it to me. And, I really appreciate recent improvement to accessory features: attached lens covers on both ends that that really don't get in my way!"
