"This scope is a very good scope for the price. The illumination function works very well. You can change the brightness in 11 subtle settings, with 11 being very bright, and 1 being very dim. The scope quality is as good as you can expect in this price range. I use these scopes on a .22 hornet and a .204 ruger for coyote hunting with great results."

"Reasonably good quality for the price. Like the European style adjustable eye piece. Only short comming seems to be the relatively limited eye relief. Would recommend unless you need longer eye relief."

"I have a Simmons 3-9x50 Blazer that is sharper and half the price . It does seem to hold zero good though . I have it on a Marlin .17hmr and i could nail things out to 150 so the 12x did come in handy . Still a good scope for the money . But just don't feel as sharp as t could be . I do like the very fine cross hairs and think being lighted will come in handy while i am hunting Coyote in low light . Yes my .17hmr does a good job on Yotes ,4 for 4 so far!!"

"I own three of these for the price of one of the name brand I normally buy. This is a great scope and don't let the cheap price spook you. This one has excellent optics and clarity. It took less than 10 shots to bring in and the price and the battery operated recticle is fantastic when you need it in low light."

"I bought this scope and put it on a single shot 22-250 thinking i was going to save a little money. It would not hold zero at 100yds. I tried all types and brands of ammo and reloads and could only get about a 2in group. I put a $250 scope on it and it shot just fine. 3/8 group at 100yds. I will never waste money on cheap scopes again. It was a blurry piece of junk. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It wasnt even worth the one yellow star that i had to rate it at. Just save a little more money and buy a scope that is made in USA instead of wasting it."

"Scope is mounted on a Ruger Mini 30. First shot from about 25 yards was about 4 inches below the bull. Two adjustments later I was shooting a couple inch group from 100 yds. Great scope for the price!!"

"This is the first Barska brand scope I've purchased. It arrived quickly, due to Cabela's, and was in perfect condition. I mounted it on a .50 Triumph Muzzleloader. It works well in low light conditions thanks to the lighted crosshairs, a really nice feature. Took about 7 shots to get it dialed in which I thought was great with a muzzleloader. Overall very happy with my purchase."

A great Buy, Quality meets Economy,

"I recently Purchased the Barska Huntmaster to replace a Nikon On my 300 Win Mag.
Instead I decided to replace my 4x Leupold on the .270
Was able to pin it down with 10 shots at 50 yards, and just 5 at 100yds. So far I've put 60 rounds through and still shooting half inch group at 100yds with no adjustments.
Just last week I took a 125yd Shot at my deer, and drilled it!!
Very pleased with my purchase and will be buying another for the 300 Win Mag
Only 4 stars because I feel it is alittle on the heavy side, but that's it! Exellent BUY!!"

"I have this scope mounted on a twelve gauge winchester slug gun.I am shooting Hornandy sst 300 grain sabots and the scope is holding up excellent.You really gotta love that illuminated recticle.this scope works excellent and I don't think you are going to beat it anywhere for the money scopes like this normaly cost four or five times the price. I would recomend this scope to anyone I really like the 50mm lenses sight picture also"

"Recently purchased a .450 Busmaster and decided to mount an inexpensive scope. My thinking was that the .450 Bushmaster would surely destroy anything but an expensive high end scope!! Much to my suprise after 20 rounds and a bruised shoulder I was abe to shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards with a rifle rest. The BARSKA HUNTMASTER did not need any adjustments after the .450 Bushmaster was sighted in at 100 yards even after 60 rounds. I still have a back and front flip-up sights and an AIMPOINT red dot for back-up. So, for now the BARSKA stays on!!!!!! And it looks good too!!!!"

"This is an excellent scope for the money. I put this one on an CVA Kodak Pro 50. I haven't shot it yet just bore sighted it,
waiting for it to turn to spring first. I hunt in Minnesota so you
can't use a scope during muzzle loader season, so I hunt rifle
season or buy all season license and take scope off."
