MM Bourbon - Brisket/Maple Jalapeno - Ribs,

"I have the 4 tier Bradley electric digital smoker. I use the Mountain Man Bourbon rub for my beef briskets. 7-8 hours at 220, depending on the size and the outdoor temp. I use the Maple Jalapeno for my back ribs (4-5 hours) and spare ribs (5-6 hours) at 220. I smoke for 1/2 the cooking time with the Hickory pucks."

"can't beat these larger bottled dry spices for rubs, sauces, marinades and seasonings; we have used at least 10 kinds, and bought the All Purpose and Kansas City and a spare Pecan Honey this trip. favorite for chicken is the Tequila Lime, for pork is the Jamaican Rum and Pecan Honey, for beef are Mesquite Chipotle, Garlic/Beer, but have used many in salads, pasta, soups, on wild game and fish with tasty results. the gift pak is great too for friends who love to cook and hunt/fish."

"Love the Tequila Lime on chicken wings. Marinate the wings for 30 minutes up to several hours. Dip in egg and roll in fish fry seasoning. Bake at 390 for 45 min and turn and bake another 45 min. Crispy on the outside and absolutely wonderful taste. We have gone through 4 bottles and I am about to order a case. It is just that good!!!!"

"After years of searching for and trying lots of home made rubs, I actually found one that works great right out of the container. Just rub it on and heat the grill for some of the best pork ribs around. I like it because its easy always perfect(unless you like tobasco ribs, and I don't). About half way through the process I sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of them. Most of my guests don't even think about adding another sauce, which is always on the table. We're to busy enjoying the ribs to stop ."

They are great on all kinds of steaks and fish. Every time we have steaks of some of my famous 1 1/2 Center Cut Pork Chops sprinkled with one of these we have compliment after compliment. Everyone wants to know where we got them so they can order them as well.
