Great shoe,

"Very comfortable shoe and looks great. Only a took a day or so to break them in. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that the laces wont stay tied...even if I double knot them. Have the same problem with the Cabelas Mesa Hikers I own. Must be the same laces."

"i had to return them because the sizing ran small. i wear a 14e in all my shoes, but not these. my toes touched the end. it's a shame too, i really liked the look of them."

"I purchased this item for my husband and he really loves them. He said "this are the most comfortable shoes that Ihave ever worn". The price is unbeatable. I would reccomend this shoes to anyone, who want to have a wonderful fit and to have comfortable feet. Cabela's has the most amazing clothes at the most amazing prices and I will continue to buy from them.

"These are the best shoes I have found for the money. I am on my fourth pair in probably 5 or 6 years. These are my everyday shoes and are used for long woods walks also.
I sincerely hope that Cabelas has no plans to discontinue
them in the future."

"The shoe is about 1/2 size larger than expected (11).
When laced up the leather at the top of the tounge binds and
is uncomforable.
If you can tell you computer, don't let me order this shoe again.
reguardless of price!!!!"

"Vey uncomforable. Despite a little padding around the lower ankles, the shoes rub.....loosining the laces does not help.
Adding a foam insole does not help make these shoes comfortable."

"It is so seldom these days that I feel that I've got my money's worth, these shoes give me that.
Having worn them only once, it is hard to give an experiental critique but what I can say is the materials look to be of very high quality, the extra stitching is a nice detail and gives the shoe a look of ruggedness. They are comfortable."

"One negative issue...
The laces are too thick, and they are round. While walking, the laces would squeeze down on top of the shoe. Very painful.
I replaced them with flat laces, and the problem was corrected."
